ABC's of Haloween

I finally finished ABC's of Halloween  :-) I started this at the beginning of February 2012! It's great to have it done in time for halloween this year  :-)

 I used the called for fabric and floss, and found a frame at a local shop which fit perfectly!

Time for a new start :-)

I picked up the chart and floss on ebay for less than a third of the retail value :-) and used the saving to buy the fabric.

I love it already :-) And I should have plenty of time to get it finished and framed in time for halloween :-)

Better late than never!

I managed to get this stitched towards the end of November, but then ran out of steam for the finishing!

Feelin' festive?

I stitched this little guy for an exchange I took part in recently. It's Feelin' Festive from L*K Tiny Tidings XV.

Stitched on 28ct cream evenweave with DMC floss. Finished as a flat ornament.
Isn't he adorable! Love his button nose and the pink scarf :-)

Spring Fab Fob

I started and finished this on New Years day. A little premature maybe, but I couldn't resist all the pretty colours :-) Stitched with the called for floss on a piece of Sadie dyed 28ct evenweave. The fabric is much brighter IRL.

Hi folks :-)
I've just joined and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Sadie, I'm 31 and I live in Scotland in the U.K. with my DH, our two kids, one cat and four goldfish.
I have been stitching on and off for the past 10 yrs.

I love L*K. I find the designs easy to stitch but they are so pleasing to look at and as I am 99% a smalls stitcher they really fit in with my stitching style.

I've included pics of some of my L*K stitches, there are more but I didn't want to post too many at once ;-D

I have just finished Spring Fab Fob and am now working on Valentine Flip It.

(rather than saying I am behind for this year I prefer to say I am ahead of the game for next year!)
