arggghhh...hari yang tidak menceriakan...punyalah dok hafal semua jenis bleeding...tuptup keluar pasal pelvic fullness...memang meriah  la exam long case sebab seploh minit jer...memang history terabor ar...35 year old lady, para 1, presented with pelvic fullness associated with dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia and infertility for 5 years...Diagnosis: endometriosis.....okeh...topic ni memang tak baca langsung...aku mengaku aku bersalah....uhukuhuk! (@_@)

short case...so-so je...kalau osce pulak, soalan meriah abes...dah la bagi scenario panjang yang luar biase...ade pulak sehelai partogram di situ...memang cukuplah kan nak jawab dalam 5 mins...loceng da bunyik...baru la terkial2 nk abeskan jawab soalan second last...

hopefully, written paper jumaat ni ok sikit la...

wah...gynae posting agak busy juga!!!! this week je siapkan case summary, pastu kena cari case summary yang ke-2, kena present tutorial lagi, present case kat ward lagi...dan lagi...dan lagi...[haha..;D] cuak giler present tuto..dR.R banyak sangat tanye..[hah!]ternganga la beta menjawab kat depan...*sorry dr.i'm not sure..* boleh plak ade seorang hamba kaum adam jadi model beta time tuto..[serius xtahan nak gelak!;p] topic: uterogenital prolapse and incontinence..then dR.R asked how to examine the prolapse?? act, the position..just like when u do the PR(per-rectal) examination...[hehe..^_^]..terimakasih kepada tuan hamba yg sudi menjadi model untuk demo PR position!

kat gynae clinic pon best gak! one patient : 21/F student presented with absent of menstrual period (amenorrhea) for six months associated with typical symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome, PCOS...:- acne, weight gain, excessive hair growth (hirsutism), hair loss (alopecia)...but during ultrasound...hardly to see the cystic ovary...hm~ wanna share something here...diagnostic criterias for PCOS (Rotterdam criteria, 2003)

1. Oligo-and/ or anovulation

2. Clinical and/ or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism

3. Present of polycystic ovaries seen by transvaginal ultrasound scan :

    - at least one ovary exhibiting 12 or more follicles measuring 2-9 mm in diameter

    - and/ or total volume 10mL3 (0.5 x length x width x thickness)

Diagnosis: secondary amenorrhea  due to PCOS~

there are lots of interesting cases in the clinic...but..gynae posting got only another one week to go! adib need to be more harworking! [yup...!]
