Okay, so we've had some really bad luck with keys today...

Same as before - if you're in it for all the pics - head downward!

Alright, you guys, I am not good at keeping track of keys. Matt gets so mad at me because I lose them about three times a day - no exaggeration! Well, today, we get back home and Matt's brother is about to drop us off at our place and Matt goes, "Where are the keys?" And I say, "I don't know." And that started the keys panic. The last thing I remember is shoving them into our backpack really fast right as I was picked up to go to the airport last Tuesday.

So we search frantically. I got back in the car and said a quick prayer - feeling silly asking for yet ANOTHER miracle - we kept looking - but still nothing. So then we gave up. We have no way into our house and so we decide to knock on our neighbor's door and wait there until we can get a locksmith over or something.

So Matt knocks on their door and my neighbor, Laura, answers and says, "I thought I heard you guys out there looking for keys." And right before Matt asks if we can come in for a minute - she hands us our keys!!!! We were like WHAT!?! And apparently, when I had shoved them into the backpack - they had fallen out and our awesome neighbors had found them and kept them for us!

So you'd think that's it - but no!

So later today, we went over to my grandma's to pick something up and while I was still inside - Matt was trying to fit this huge box into the car while Livy was fast asleep in her car seat. Well as he was shoving this box in there - he locks the car doors with his butt. And without thinking, he closed the car door, locking the keys in the car! Ah! It's the first time this has happened with Livy! We were so scared - so we called the police and they came (after what felt like hours) and opened the door. And thankfully she slept through the whole experience.

WHAT A FREAKING DAY!

Anywho - here are some more pics with the awesome camera! Woo!

Here she is at the airport. I'm so looking forward to this look when she's a teenager...

Matt trying to put Livers to bed -- "You give in." "No, YOU give in!" -- the nightly battle.

A cute little moment.

Another one foreshadowing the future. "Uh, I can't do it now, Mom, I'm too busy texing." (Or whatever the freak they're doing by then.)

My dad wanted a cute grandpa/granddaughter picture taken before we left... Here ya go!

A Very Merry Christmas Story

So I want to write this story down so I don't forget it - but you can skip to the bottom if your only in this for the pics!

So we have some good friends, the Matthews who've appeared on the blog before, that offered to take us to the airport on Christmas Eve Eve (not a typo). Anyway, first of all, it wasn't just a straight shot to the airport, we had to get on Bangerter and pick up Matt from work and then head to the airport. Anyway, on the way there, Matt and I find out that our flight that was suppose to take off at 8:55 p.m. was now scheduled to depart at 3:00 a.m. BLEH!

Anyway, we get to the airport and the Matthews offer to keep Alivia in the car and wait for us to check our bags and then take us to downtown Salt Lake with them and join them in their fun adventures. So we check everything and then they come pick us up and we all go to dinner and to see the lights. Meanwhile, we find out our flight has now been changed to 5:50 a.m. Our amazing friends offer to drive us home, but we figure it's just a waste of time, so then they dropped us off at the airport.

After getting through security and everything it was about 10:30. We were NOT looking forward to sleeping in the airport with Livy, but we had no choice. So we get to our gate and we see that there is another flight to Denver taking off right then and so I told Matt to go ask and see if there was anyway to get on it.

So Matt goes and talks to the customer service guy and he said that there may be a chance if they finish boarding and find that some people didn't make it. So he put us on standby and told us to go wait by the gate. There were two others trying to get on that flight and they had four openings! We were the very last two to get on the flight!

But the story isn't over yet. So thanks to those Southwest people, we got onto the flight and then since we were the very last two, we figured we wouldn't be sitting by eachother. But then, a guy saw us and moved so that we could sit next to each other! IT WAS A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE! We were extremely grateful for all the kindness and divine intervention that took place that night. It all worked out perfectly. We were able to spend a nice night with some friends and then we got to the airport and through security at the PERFECT time. We realize we were very blessed!

Anywho here's some awesome pics taken with our new camera - the Digital Rebel SXI - the coolest present EVER. Thanks mom, and thanks dad for pretending like it was okay that Mom got us that...
Livy loves her tounge lately. It's so funny.

I meant to focus on Livers, but it's kind of funny how it turned out. Livy was a bit overwhelmed with the massive amount of presents tossed to her this morning. Apparently, she's still trying to figure out the peek-a-boo doll. She also got an entire library of books! Woo!

And here's what we got Ky - matching Homer pajamas - hilarious!

Here's another adorable pic of Livers in her new outfit that Santa brought her. So cute! Woo! Thanks, Santa!

The Latest and Greatest

Here's what's been going on in the Wiseman household lately...

She crawls to her diaper bag and then goes through the entire thing, taking them out one by one and doesn't stop until everything is out of the bag. What is she holding, you ask? Yep, a tampon. Just for you, Jefferson.

Livy does the "Mission Impossible," as we've coined it. Usually it's better than this and it's a full out gun. It's so funny. We have no idea how she figured this out.

Livers is standing in front of my AMAZING Christmas present that Matt decided to get me. I love it! I didn't realize how much I missed the piano until I had it again. Now I'm on it all of the time!

Our Little Cookie Monster

So I'm sitting watching T.V. with Livy on my lap the other night and I had just taken a bite of an oreo and put it down while chewing. Then, wasting no time at all, Livers moved at the speed of light and snatched the oreo out of my hand. Then the following occurred. She shoved that sucker into her mouth as fast as humanly possible. Luckily I caught it on camera. What a punk. I love how her eyes stay the same throughout the whole consumption of the oreo.

Oh my awesomeness!!!

Okay, so I've always thought Livers was the cutest kid EVER, but now I have proof! We had our pictures taken by the amazing Jessie O'Neal last weekend and here's one of the pics she took of Alivia!I have been a huge fan of her ever since she started up - and now you can become a creepy stalker, too! Woo! Here's her website.

The Most Hilarious Sketch EVER

Okay, so I don't watch SNL very often, it's just not as funny as it use to be. But I caught it the other night and I still can't get over this sketch - it's so freaking funny!

Livy Meets Santa and Gives Thanks

This was quite an intense Thanksgiving week. We were lucky to have a lot of family come and visit us! So gear up and get ready for a fun-filled, lengthy post...

So I was at the mall with Livers and my dad the day before Thanksgiving and we passed Santa and there was NO ONE in line so we were like SCORE! Anyway, Livy freaking loved Santa. She totally chilled with him the entire time. It was so funny. Also, her shoes rock my world.

For Livy's first Thanksgiving, we chilled with the whole Wiseman fam-damily. Here we all are on Thanksgiving morning - starving waiting for the food! We hide it well.

Here's Livers with all of her cousins. So cute!

Here she is with her only other girl cousin, Gabrielle. She was so freaking cute with her!

I love that Matt's dad was able to catch this on camera. She does this with her fingers ALL OF THE TIME.

Here's Livy's latest palette of injuries. It's always her poor little face! The top bruise came from a huge smack on Ben's table and then she scraped her cheek during a nap! Poor kid - and of course she does this days before we take a nice family picture...

Also, some of Matt's familia had never been to see the lights at Temple Square - so this was our next adventure. Here's Livy completely bundled up - somehow she was happy!

Here's an awesome picture that Aunt Amy took of our cute little family by the lights! They're so freaking cool! It almost looks like it's been super-imposed.

Classic Livy - during this Thanksgiving she took her fake laugh to a whole new level. Now when anyone takes a picture of her she does this quick weird fake smile thing for like a second and then she's done. It's so funny!

THE END. We hope all of you had a Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Our Little Princess

So today we were looking in Livers' closet for a dress and we stumbled on this one. It looked huge, but when we put it on her it fit perfectly! And it's the cutest freaking dress EVER! Thank you Steve and Michelle. (Let's be honest - thanks Michelle... heaven knows Steve probably had very little to do with this...haha)

I can't get over how big she looks in this dress!

Here's another awesome outfit - having girls is so fun!

Livy's been our little Mogley lateley. And if you don't get that reference you need to be exposed to Disney more! Anyway, she's always getting into this position. Then she puts her head on the floor and acts like she's going to do a front roll. She's our little ShawnJohn.

She's also our little suicidal maniac lately. She is constantly trying to fall off of ANYTHING head first. Oh the joys. The poor kid has bruises all over her face and head. When will you learn, Livy!!!

Here's Matt and Livers just watchin' a little football. Tender daddy-daughter moments.

So we got to watch our little nephew, Jake, the other night. He is freakin' huge! It's awesome. He's 3 months younger than Livy and I'm pretty sure he weighs more than her. She looked like a little monkey compared to him. She also wouldn't leave us alone when we were holding him. This kid's going to be a very jealous big sister. Let's just hope she's not as intense as I was and tries to choke her younger siblings...

I love this kid's cheeks!

Talk radio agitates me.

Well, much has changed since our little one became a crawler. Mainly she has about 5 new bruises on her forehead, she's pulled a tree and a mirror on her several times, and we've been forced to remove our tree and coffee table from our living room. We take it back! We don't want her to crawl! I miss when she wasn't mobile! And then comes walking... ah!!!!!

Anywho, we have some awesome pictures for you all. (It's a long post, I understand if you give up halfway through. However, I'm feeling particularly funny tonight so I would see it thought to the end if I were you.)

Our friends, the Matthews, joined us today to watch the BYU game against Airforce. 34-28 suckers! Anyway, their little one, Skyler, is just a couple weeks younger than Livy and they are in love, we decided. They love to play at church together. Matt tells me they play footsie together and fight over bottles. This picture isn't from today, but it illustrates perfectly, what usually happens. Livy's always way too forward and Skyler usually ends up crying. I'm scared to see what she's going to be like with boys when she gets older...

Nothing makes Livers happier than a toothbrush. She LOVES them, it's hilarious. Maybe she'll be the dentist instead of Matt.
This is Livers' new fake laugh. It is SO funny! She does it all the time. She closes her eyes and smiles real big and tilts her head back while laughing. But she doesn't really laugh she just exhales really loud over and over. Oh man, you have to see it.
And this awesome toy is the reason Matt can't be trusted to go to Costco by himself. It's crazy. It does numbers, letters, colors, textures, etc. It also talks in English and Spanish! But there's a creepy butterfly that always says "Touch my wings, they're such special things!" First of all, it's creepy because it's in a man's voice and that is just creepy to hear from a man... And second of all - if you touch a butterfly's wings - it doesn't fly anymore! What are we teaching these kids!
This was hilarious. The other night, I was showing Livers pictures of herself on Matt's iphone. And everytime a new picture popped up - she would kiss herself! Ha! Oh Livy, you're so vain.
Here's Livers' favorite thing to do with Matt. He jumps up and down with her on his shoulders and she laughs like crazy! We stole this awesome game from the Matthews.
Here's the story of my life lately and coincidentally the reason for Livy's numerous bruises. This girl tries to climb up on everything! Also, aren't you loving her cute little shoe! Thank you, Andrea.
I came home the other night after a meeting and here's how I found Matt putting Livers to bed. He props her up with her bottle while he chows down on some food. It was funny to me. That's all.
Here's this awesome snow suit my mom gave us. It reminds us of two things: 1 - Maggie's star snow suit from The Simpsons and 2 - the little brother from Christmas Story. Classic!
I love everything about this picture. I love the little onesie with I love NY in rhinestones; and her sparkly earrings; and her sparkly clip in the hair; and my Tiffany's necklace around her neck. This kid has expensive taste.
Okay so this gross blue headband is my "cleaning headband." I always wear it when I start scrubbing the house down. Matt put it on her this morning and told me she looks homely. I asked, "How does she look homely?" To which he replied, "She just looks like she's going to go do some homemaking." Ha! I love that Matt and his siblings - throughout their childhood - thought that calling a women homely means that the woman looks like a pioneer...
And here's Livy after her bath tonight. She looks like an old man with a five-head. I love her expression.
