1st Day of Kinder

I cannot believe that she is finally in kindergarten! She has been counting down the days and now that it finally came and went it almost does not seem real. She was so excited until the night before when we had finished fathers blessings and our special dinner she got a little emotional and then got me going too. She just said how much she is going to miss me and that I am her best friend and she will miss me at kindergarten. Oh man I lost it, but I reassured her that we would still be best friends and that she would love school and she did. She has a bunch of other girls from church in her class and lucked out with the best Kinder teacher there ever was! She is awesome!

Charlee actually had a harder time than Reese, she cried for almost 30 mins when we dropped her off and still gets sad everytime we get in the car to pick up the car pool for drop off, but we are enjoying our time together.

Grandma and Grandpa come to town

We were so excited that Grandma Nada and Grandpa Gary could come to visit. We loved having them here and the girls were spoiled by their grandparents and were so sad to see them leave.

We did lots of fun things:
Got dressed up like pioneers at the Mormon Battalion museum
Worked the radio frequencies on The Midway
Steered the ship
Flew in a helicopter (not really)
Flew a jet plane
Cuddled with grandpa (and grandma, just did not get a picture:( )
