Wednesday night Gaming - Predator

Last night at sheffield wargames Society we played the Predator scenario (bungle in the Jungle )from AAG's classidied expansion .A good game with some home grown add ons ,the alien took out a few non descript troops before tackling Jesse Ventura and his mini gun and was given a nasty wound allowing the rest of the team to blast it to bits ,which goes to prove that you dont mess with a big Jesse . The jungle bits are the stuff Ive been making for my Nam project ,the mat is the 6x4 grasslands from urban matz the buildings are an old Brittania resin and a Sarissa MDF which is 15mm but fits very nicley with the 20mm stuff .

20mm figures side by side ,in the 1st photo the SHQ figure is bent forward I didn't realise until after so added another pic at the end with the fault put right .All of them are on English 1pence coins and are in varying states of readiness just grabbed from my workbench . The two cp figures show the first with the integral base and the other with a slotta type base with the tag removed as per their

PSC Pz1V box set 3 models for £13.99 .
March has been a productive month for me , besides finishing my stags and modern police (see earlier post) for the guild painting competition ,I managed to complete 3 Pz 1V's  .some Zombie's and survivors and some B.A.O.R bits and even started my cold war Russians.

Various Manufacturers

err...ok couldn't resist these

Scimitar

S&S Recce Landies  lovely kits

ZSU 23/4 S&S again
Over all I am chuffed that I have done so much the PSC stuff is really good I am starting on their Late war german infantry now ,the S&S cold war vehicles are great ,I have had these since September and only just realised some of the crews arms and heads were missing so cut bits of other unused figures .The Zombies are Zombicide and Studio Miniatures for 7ombie TV rules and the Girls are the ones from Crooked Dice. The Scimitar is the Airfix one I mentioned earlier .
