FREDDIE KING 1934-1976

Freddie King nació en el año 1934 en Gilmer, Texas, USA. Fue aclamado como uno de los tres reyes del blues electrónico junto a B. B. King y Albert King. Influenciado por T-Bone Walker el joven Freddie King se mudó a Chicago, USA, para comenzar su carrera. Tocó la guitarra y su estilo fue áspero y duro. Grabó muchos intrumentales de éxito como "The Stumble" y "San-Ho-Zay". Eric Clapton y Johnny Winter reinterpretaron su canción "Hideway" para su producción "Live In NYC". Freddie King regresó en 1970 cuando grabó "Me And my Guitar" para Leon Russell. Murió en el año 1976.
