Monica, Jury and Rico were amazing to work with to buy my first property. Thank you so much for being helpful and welcoming.
Max has been very attentive, very helpful from the first viewing understanding my requirements, offering me the best match flat and trying to make happen, offering all the possible options. Although I’ve decided for another options for my little family in the end, I couldn’t have any better experience than Mark guided me all the way through. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who would consider to buy from Fairview homes. Many thanks again Max and all the best.

My experience was amazing!!! I attended Park Quarter for my very first viewing of properties as I am a first time buyer. Upon arriving at Park Quarter I was met with Rico Parmar who talked us through the process and different options of buying a home. He was able to explain and show us the different properties that were available around my price range. The service provided from beginning to end was quite thorough and clear and encouraged search endeavours planning for my new home.

Spoke to Jury who was very knowledgeable about the buying process. As first time buyers it was very helpful to have the additional insights shared.
Thank you!

Very poor customer service for such a big property developer, they tell you are covered by 10 year new build NHBC warranty and when we have any issues on property after 2 years they say we are not covered by the warranty
I moved in January in Brentford and there just seemed problems and constant miscommunication between the residents, Fairview and Ian Gibbs. There main problem (amongst others) is the security of the building and that the building main doors have been reported that they don't work properly since I have moved in and 8 months later still not fixed. As a consequence parcels have been stolen from the buildings on a regular basis for months, and recently bikes stolen from the 'secure' garage. I was sold my flat to be a safe and secure to live and it's been far from that. Fairview and Ian Gibbs always seems to put the blame on each and nothing is resolved. As a building, we keep requesting a meeting but ignored, yet replies from Fairview to these complaints on Trust pilot suggest there is a meeting on Friday, yet nobody has been notified of this... Will need to find more about this meeting!

Extremely disappointed with Fairview and Ian Gibbs over the handling of security issues at our development.
We moved into our property at the end of March, and since then the main communal entrance door has repeatedly failed to lock properly. This has been reported numerous times, yet months later the issue still has not been properly resolved.
During this period, unauthorised people have been able to gain access to the building, parcels have been stolen, and more recently bicycles have reportedly been stolen from the bike storage area. We have also since learned that access fobs were not controlled carefully enough during handover and that some fobs have ended up in the wrong hands. Similar security concerns are affecting Mahogany House directly opposite us.
What is particularly frustrating is how slowly these issues have been dealt with. Residents have repeatedly complained, police reports have been filed, and Fairview/Ian Gibbs have had ample opportunity to secure the building. Despite this, the faulty entrance door remains an issue and there have also been delays in deactivating compromised fobs.
Obtaining CCTV footage after incidents has also been unnecessarily difficult and slow. Residents are not permitted to view the CCTV directly, even when trying to establish what has happened following thefts, and getting footage provided for police investigations has taken far longer than it reasonably should.
Security in a residential development should be one of the most basic responsibilities of the developer and managing agent. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase for months while thefts continue and known access-control problems remain unresolved.
At this stage I have completely lost confidence in how Fairview and Ian Gibbs are managing the situation. We have tried raising these concerns through the proper channels numerous times and have been more than patient. The lack of urgency over residents' safety, property and building security is unacceptable.
I will update this review if the entrance is properly secured, compromised access is dealt with promptly and the wider security issues are finally resolved.

It was lovely talking with Qasim, be provided me with a lot of information and took his time going through our options. I would highly recommend.

Kas and Max were very accommodating and I very much appreciated being invited to view a flat while it was still in a work in progress. They provided very helpful and clear signposting to guidance on mortgages and on solutions to overcoming any apparent barriers to ‘making it happen’. Thanks so much for your hospitality!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you like having a constant headache from all the problems fairview does not want to resolve then go ahead and buy a propety from them.
Sales make the properties look like the opportunity of the century without any negatives whatsovever.
For months now, strangers have had access to the lobby stealing parcels. The main building door and the parking door won't properly close unless you push them. Bottles of urine were found behind the drywall in at least 2 flats.
Once you buy the property, any issues are bounced between the management company and fairview both of them trying to avoid blame.
If this sounds like your dream experience then be my guest!

When making a decision that involves a large amount of money, you need someone who is honest transparent and hold a high level integrity, this in turn gives you the trust and confidence in conducting your business in a positive way and each party showing each other the highest respect. Suzette Ellis is a prime example of an experienced, honest sales negotiator. My experience was the first ever in my life , that I felt truly confident in my dealings with Suzette within this environment.

My experience with Fairview went really well. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent advice, guidance, and support throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and took me through the process step by step.
A special thank you to **Bass Boules, the Manager**, and **Reece**, who were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. They did a great job showing us around the homes and answering all our questions.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Fairview, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping us\.

Parking at this development has been a nightmare.
Residents have been raising concerns for months, yet the issues remain unresolved. Despite having allocated parking spaces, many homeowners still face constant problems with unauthorised vehicles using resident bays.
The lack of action and communication has been extremely frustrating. Buying a home should not come with this level of stress over something as basic as parking.
Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend based on the way this issue has been handled.

Unfortunately, our experience at this development has been very disappointing due to ongoing parking issues.
Residents with allocated parking spaces have been dealing with problems for months, with little progress towards a proper solution. What should be a straightforward matter has become a constant source of stress and frustration.
Communication has been poor, and residents have been left waiting far too long for action. For a development of this standard, I expected much better management and support.
I hope Fairview takes these concerns seriously and starts putting residents' needs first.
Thanks

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel prospective buyers should be aware of our experience.
The sales process was very positive, and we were given reassurance regarding facilities within the development, including parking. Unfortunately, the reality after moving in has been very different.
Parking has become a constant source of stress for residents. Despite having an allocated parking space linked to our property, there have been ongoing problems with unauthorised vehicles using resident bays and very little action taken to resolve the situation. This issue has been raised repeatedly over several months, yet residents are still waiting for an effective solution.
What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability once concerns are raised. Buyers are given assurances before purchase, but when problems arise afterwards, it feels like nobody wants to take ownership of the issue. Residents are passed between different organisations while the problems remain unresolved.
For many people, purchasing a home is the biggest financial commitment they will ever make. We expected far better communication, support and aftercare than what we have received.
Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage potential buyers to thoroughly investigate parking arrangements, management responsibilities and post-sale support before committing to a purchase.
Very disappointing experience so far.

My experience with Fairview has been extremely disappointing.
One of the main reasons I purchased my property was because it came with an allocated parking space. Before purchasing, I specifically raised concerns about parking availability as I anticipated problems once the development became fully occupied. I was assured that parking would not be an issue.
Unfortunately, my concerns proved to be correct.
For months, residents have been struggling with ongoing parking problems, with allocated bays being used by unauthorised vehicles. Despite numerous complaints and requests for assistance, no effective solution has been provided.
What is particularly frustrating is that residents who purchased directly from Fairview appear to have received their parking arrangements without the difficulties faced by those who purchased through SNG. This has created a feeling of unfair treatment amongst homeowners.
To make matters worse, I have personally witnessed Fairview sales and marketing staff using resident parking bays, and prospective buyers being directed to park in spaces allocated to residents. This only adds to the problem that residents have been repeatedly reporting.
Once the sale was completed, it felt as though Fairview no longer wanted to take any responsibility for the issues raised, with residents being redirected elsewhere rather than receiving meaningful support.
We have invested significant amounts of money into our homes and should not have to spend months fighting to use facilities that were promised and allocated as part of the purchase.
Based on my experience, I would advise prospective buyers to get every assurance in writing and carefully consider how post-sale issues are handled before purchasing from Fairview.
