Harper is working to get her life in order after a troubling encounter with a stalker in high school. She's attending the same college as her stepbrother, which adds a layer of security. However, her new roommate lacks boundaries, and soon Harper finds herself living in the hockey house with her brother and four other players, including the infuriatingly attractive Camden Church. After an embarrassing mix-up, Harper finds herself in Camden's crosshairs, and his revenge is next-level extreme. She hates the guy, so why can't she quit thinking about him? When her stalker shows up at a hockey game, Harper is once again filled with fear and makes the mistake of keeping it from her brother. Now, there is a price to pay.
There is a high level of anxiety through most of this story that kept me on edge the entire time. I hate many things Camden does, but he redeems himself by his growing obsession with his best friend's sister. That's the best thing with this series; when the guys fall, they fall hard. It's swoon-worthy :)...more

Single mom Dylan is overwhelmed by her rambunctious toddler, a dead-end job, and a dilapidated old jeep nearing its end. The chance to care for her wealthy brother's high-rise condo in New York City offers Dylan hope for a fresh start, away from her past- or so she believed.
When Rhyland's best friend asks him to watch over his baby sister and niece while she adjusts to city life, he's not thrilled. He's always been drawn to the headstrong Dylan, but figures he'll rarely see her, even though they live in the same building. But then she arrives, and he realizes it won't be so easy. She's even more gorgeous, opinionated, and incredible than he remembered. Her brother will kill him if he lays a hand on her, but he didn't say anything about lips, tongue, or c*ck. The next month should be interesting.
Dylan and Rhyland have serious reasons to avoid relationships, but they can't ignore their growing attraction. I love the connection between Rhyland and little Gravity (they made me cry!) Excellent read!...more

She’d already been out of our home for years by the time this occurred, but it still hit me hard. I became depressed, and it’s been a long slog to overcome those feelings.
Therefore, this series is personal in a way my other books never were. I poured a lot of my loneliness and heartache into two estranged sisters who want to forgive if only they could forget the damage of the past.
It is my hope Renée and Izzy’s story will resonate and guide you to reconciliation with loved ones you’ve let go of in your lives. Time is too short for regrets.

It took me a while to get into this story, but then the carnival cones to the Glass Castle, and the suspense amps up. I'm glad Celaena gets closer to Chaol, though it would have been nicer if their relationship was more drawn out. I really feel for Dorian, as well. He's in an impossible situation and has little freedom of choice. That said, his character faces a significant upheaval that could cost him his life if he's not careful. I'm looking forward to book 3!...more
