Told entirely from the heroine’s perspective, it was difficult to like the hero. Was not surprised author is transplanted Brit. Americans don’t say “bits and bobs.” Can’t explain the “what the heck did I read” tag bc is a spoiler and I don’t feel like giving that away bc it’s pivotal....more

There’s a 12 year age difference and the only description we get of the hero is his blue eyes, black hair, and big c@ck. Just not enough to justify her suddenly submitting to the point where a doctor examines the “strength of her orgasm.” Especially for a woman who hasn’t been to a doctor since she was a teen. But he’s rich, so there’s that. At the end he imagines her in various positions throughout his apartment. Zero talk of little space or even subspace. I had to look up nates.
