Last Tango in Forks has to be the most erotic Fanfiction I've ever read. It is hot, hot, hot. I literally couldn't put this down, I was so into it!
The story is loosely based on the 70s erotica film Last Tango in Paris. Bella lives a boring, mundane life. She is a nurse living with her dad in the small town of Forks, Washington. She takes care of so many in her life. Her days are filled with working and taking care of her father Charlie and her less than thrilling fiancé Jacob. Each day is an endless loop of the same monotonous events. Its safe, predictable, its exactly what Bella thinks she wants.
Something is missing from Bella's life. Passion, connection, that spark but she doesn't realize what is missing until she meets a perfect stranger.
One fateful afternoon brings together two strangers in one apartment with endless possibilities. No names, no history, just pleasure and passion.

Although The Last Tango in Forks offers a wide array of sexual acts, there is more to this story than just steam. The plot was actually good! I bought into Bella and Edward's troubles, conflicts and issues. There was definitely sexual tension and angst. So many fantastic stories out there within the fandom. I knew eventually I would come across one that wasn't for me.
Sadly, I couldn't get into the story. I think what bothered me was the dual POVs. I thought the story repeated itself, a lot. I found myself skimming unnecessary detail. Some may love this, I unfortunately did not.
I also couldn't get into the narration. There was a lot of showing rather than telling.
I may try this Fic again at another point in time. As a result, I am refraining from rating this. ...more

Ok, so I love a dark read. I love a book that challenges my comfort level. I was really hoping Generational Sin was going to be that kind of dark and disturbing book... But I was thoroughly disappointed.
Was this dark? Yes, but not in a good way. The characters lacked depth. The plot wasn't well developed. The sex scenes were not fun to read at all

What an unexpected surprise! I never dreamed I would fall in love with a caveman or buy into a prehistoric love story but I did!!!
Transcendence is a story about a lonely caveman named Ehd who stumbles upon a mysterious female. This female is unlike any of the women he previously encountered from his old tribe. Beh dresses funny, acts funny and makes lots of weird sounds Ehd can't figure out. The two struggle to coexist but eventually find common ground. As the story progresses, a great but simple love develops that transcends time.
Bravo Shay Savage!! This was truly a unique, well developed romance. What was so great about Transcendence was the lack of actual dialogue between the two characters. The story was told from Ehd's point of view and was written in such a way that it captured my attention and kept it the entire time!! Ehd's reactions to Beh were priceless!! I laughed a lot, I cried, I loved it!! Be prepared for a major twist!! It definitely threw me for a loop. The ending was perfect and all my questions were clearly answered.
