it was amazing
bookshelves: explicit, bdsm, contemporary, shit-hot-cover, humour, love-a-bad-boy, omg, lip-bitingly-good, 5-star, age-gap, m-m, lgbtq

"Hey, Cosmo," Freddie called. He turned back. "Don't you go leaning back against a lamppost dressed like that. Don't want anyone thinking I'm running a knocking shop."

This book set in the UK had me laughing out loud throughout. Such an easy flow to the writing, brilliant characterisation and so so naughty! 40 year old (George Cluny look-alike) Alasdair introduces irrepressible 24 year old musician Cosmo to the delights of submission.

'He didn't whimper. More like a swallowed moan. Oh all right then, it was a bloody whimper. A musical one, though. He reckoned he must have hit a C sharp.'
