Did not finish! I finally gave up at 76%
I usually refrain from rating books I don't finish, BUT this one upset me to such a degree I had to respond and give it one star! The first half of the book was okay. I was captivated and intrigued. The second half, however, jumped shark. It fell apart and felt like an entirely different story. It became rushed, discombobulated, and sloppy. Not to mention, the hero went from someone I liked to someone I despised. (view spoiler) I finally gave up! I'd had enough!

Thank you, Hazel. This book has gotten mostly good reviews but it didn't work for me. I hope you read a few more reviews before you decide not to read this book. :)

This book would so not work for you, Baba. Yeah, I never really bought into that part you put into the spoiler, but I still let it work for me. It was the second half of the book that pushed me past my limits. Thanks hon!

Thanks Stacy. There have been a lot of people who liked this book and you may find you're one of them. Like you said, knowing what to expect always helps lessen the blow. I know that's been the case with a few books I've read. I hope the book works for you. :)

When I saw that you DNF and read about the terrible things that happened, I immediately took this book off my "maybe read shelf." Several of these MC romances seem to have most harrowing scenes, or at least be too raw for me.

Thanks hon. The more I think about this book the more upset I become. You know I love sexy bikers, even if they border on the anti-hero side, but this biker was nothing to swoon over.
