it was ok

i have nooooooo idea why i even "read" this book. i skimmed through the entire thing.

one word to describe this book: whiplash-inducing. juvenile characters who couldn't make up their minds. a male protagonist who positively was an asshole without the redeeming qualities. this is probably the end of the journey in this series for me.

Ashley I'm soooooo with you. I REALLY STRONGLY DISLIKED this one. I noticed I gave it two stars. That was really generous!!

Tahsin Glad I'm not the only one on this boat! I won't be reading any more books in this series, that's for sure!

Ashley Nope. It was pretty horrendous across the board.

Anamarija Billionaires scenario seems kinda "same old, same old" right now. Pass.

That it truly was.

I hope you find some really amazing books to balance this one out! xx

I know that's the common reading phenomenon right now, but I haven't actually read too many of those. And both MCs were filthy fucking rich with no morals here. The money wasn't the issue, their character - or the lack one - was.
