i have nooooooo idea why i even "read" this book. i skimmed through the entire thing.
one word to describe this book: whiplash-inducing. juvenile characters who couldn't make up their minds. a male protagonist who positively was an asshole without the redeeming qualities. this is probably the end of the journey in this series for me.

I know that's the common reading phenomenon right now, but I haven't actually read too many of those. And both MCs were filthy fucking rich with no morals here. The money wasn't the issue, their character - or the lack one - was.
