I am in complete love with Monica Murphy's One Week Girlfriend series. So I jumped at the opportunity to review Owning Violet via Netgalley ARC.

Things I loved:
- Ryder is damn sexy. Suit wearing professional at work....unwrap the package and what do you get? A tattooed bad boy. YUM!
- Ryder and Violet have tons of chemistry. They fight, they get under each other's skin. They are drawn to each other. Love this.
- No insta love.

Things I did not like:
- Story line is pretty predictable.
- The writing is very repetitive.
- Some of the story is left unresolved. I know this is meant to be a series, but the ending felt a bit rushed.
- Pilar. This is the character you love to hate in this book!

All in all, an enjoyable read by Monica Murphy. I look forward to reading Stealing Rose.
