The Hating Game
by
Genre: Romance with a hint of chick-lit, humour and sexiness.
Cover: 7/10
Writing: 9/10
Heroine: 9/10
Hero: 9/10
Humour: 5/10
Hotness: 7/10
Romance: 9/10
Extra book Details: Heroine POV; 1st person. Stand alone.
The Hating Game looks like a chick lit, but it barely touches the genre, it's a cute, sexy romance with a whole load of quirk.

I LOVED The Hating Game hard.
Like I said, it's really quirky, there's some edible lines in there and it was one of the things I liked most about this book, the writing really stood out and it's intelligently written.
The heroine, gah, she was so cool and weird at the same time. I loved her freak outs, her ballsy-ness, her goddamn cuteness. She made me adore her like someone would their younger sister.
The hero, yes yes yes! Hot, big, brooding, sensitive, shy, secretive, beautiful. All of the boxes ticked.
I loved the whole story, the sexy times, the one upping and the games, the events that took place. If I had to fault it? I'd say that it needed a bit of an edit, sometimes it was a little hard to figure out who was saying what. But i was sooooooooooooo hooked on this read. Adored!

Thanks :D I hope you like it if you give it a go.
I noticed, i have a feeling Sally Thorne is a pseudonym. It wasn't bad... just could've been better. But i notice that with a lot of books now, they really lack edits.
