I enjoyed the read, despite my following points, all the characters were very likeable, and it was almost a sweet and quirky YA if it weren't for the sex scenes, which i actually thought were unneeded. The hero and heroine both felt genuine and were lovely together, i also liked the family and friends.

Mostly though, i wished it was written in the heroine's POV: It lacked the feels and i think we would've gained them from her POV. I also thought it would've been better to see the hero with her eyes, it would've certainly made some scenes more interesting. It really lacked humour that could've been injected so easily, with exception of the fish-poking. I also got quite jarred by the one dramatic scene in there, it felt too dark and fleeting in such a YA-feel-book.
