I've been in a bit of a book funk for a while so it was nice to actually sit down and get through a book. This one was pretty good. I enjoyed Knox and Emory's banter and the early days of their relationship progressing.

Things were really good up until a certain point in the book... (view spoiler)[ I can't stand huge time lapses in books. I feel like so much is lost over that time span. And as the years kept going by I just kept noting how sad I was about it. Then all of a sudden they reconnect 8 years later and BAM, happily ever after. I totally get her letting him go but I wish they would have stayed a little more connected and not let so many years pass before reconnecting. (hide spoiler)] Because of that alone, it made it more of a 3.5-4 star book for me. I'm glad they got their HEA though and overall it was an enjoyable read.
