Always a favorite author of mine, James Rollins has created in is collection of short stories, a look at some of my favorite characters and how they came about plus their deering-do and courage. Always such fun stories with the aura of science hanging in the background, these stories are both easy to read and keeps one on the edge of their seat.

My favorites are the ones that involve Tucker and his dog Kane, and wonderfully explore the relationship between an animal and his partner. Truly seen is the wonderful camaraderie and affection both of these characters hold for one another.

As always, I can depend on Mr Rollins to provide an exciting story, or in this case stories, that allow me an escape to a world of intrigue and danger. I definitely recommend this book to those of us who love the courage and thrill ride each book of Mr Rollins engenders.
