We've been using Achievers for a couple of years now and I really like that's its so very easy to use and the rewards are so easy to redeem.
It was hard to get our leaders to adapt to this. Would have liked to be able to award cash vs. prizes through this system. Employees did not find meaning in prizes as they took away from their take home pay.
It makes recognizing peers quick, easy, and meaningful. The platform boosts morale, strengthens culture, and encourages behaviors aligned with company values. The visibility and analytics are great for tracking engagement across teams.
Maybe not Workhuman Social Recognition directly but more on implementation and integration to the daily work life. It does not seem to be consistently by everyone on the team or embedded in the daily workflow. Team member don't frequently check the news...
