"Absolutely love points turn into $$$"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I really appreciate being recognized when I perform well, and I enjoy earning points that I can accumulate over time. It's great that I have the flexibility to save these points for as long as I like and then redeem them for gift cards, such as Amazon or Visa. I enjoy how easy it is to choose a gift and check out. I enjoy being able to use my one-time sign in so I can quickly sign in daily and check my point balances or messages. This is one of the easiest sites I have ever used. It's also easy to find in my Always used Apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I wish it were easier to order hard plastic gift cards when I want to. It always feels a bit disappointing to give someone just a piece of paper as a present, rather than a real gift card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supporting a Culture of Gratitude"
What do you like best about Kudos?

Everyone in our organization has a monthly budget of Kudos points to distribute. It makes a big impact on how our team shows appreciation. I've never worked at an organization that uses this tool, and I consider it a huge benefit to working where I do. It’s quick and easy to send a note of thanks, and those little messages really add up. When one person shares kudos around a specific effort, it inspires others to do the same. It creates a ripple effect of gratitude. I think it's a big part of our organizational culture, where people feel seen and valued for both big wins and everyday efforts. It's especially important with people who work in operational roles, which might otherwise not be acknowledged. I've recommended it to others before, and I will continue to do so. It’s such an easy way to recognize each other and keep colleagues connected and motivated across departmental boundaries and functions.

"Great way to show appreciation to co-workers."
What do you like best about Kudos?

I like that I can publicly show my appreciation to co-workers. I frequently use it when someone has gone above and beyond, done an amazing job with a client or project, or has been kind. I am hoping the administration also sees these messages, as mine are genuine and I would love to see those working hard and being kind recognized by admin. as well.

The extra bonus of gift cards and other items is also welcome.

The program is also easy to use and makes giving recognition quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I like the program. The only thing I dislike is that some staff use it with a group just to add points for more swag or gift cards. This is not a problem with the program, just a sad example of how some manipulate the program.

I also wish administration would use it more to show their appreciation for hard work. I know they get extra points to give, yet rarely use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"KUDOS REVIEW"
What do you like best about Kudos?

WHAT I LIKE BEST ABOUT KUDOS IS READING THE POSITIVE COMMENTS AND MESSAGES SHARED AMONGST OUR TEAM. ITS ENCOURGING TO SEE MY CO WORKERS CHEER EACH OTHER ON AND SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER. I ALSO LIKE TO USE KUDOS TO SAY THANKS FOR THE LITTLE THINGS OUR TEAM DOES TO HELP EACH OTHER. THE ANNIVERSARY SHOUTOUTS ARE ALSO PRETTY COOL. OVERALL KUDOS IS PRETTY EASY TO USE AND USER FRIENDLY. EMOJIS AND GIFS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE IT EASY TO PERSONALIZE YOUR MESSAGES. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

HONESTLY THERES NOTHING TO DISLIKE - KUDOS IS ALL ABOUT ENCOURGMENT AND THERES NOTHING BUT POSITIVITY THAT CAN COME FROM THAT. I HAVENT HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO UTILIZE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FEATURES YET BUT KUDOS IS PRETTY STRAIGHT FORWARD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"KUDOS FOREVER"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I love how my coworkers and I can feel appreciated in our workplace. We are always making each other smile through Kudos. Never felt so appreciated in my worklife! I use Kudos easily and every month! Customer service is always super helpful and prompt with their responses. We got introduced to Kudos last year and ever since then the implementation of Kudos has been incredible. Every month we are reminded to log in and use our points. There is countless features that allow you to appreciate and shout out your coworkers. When we integrated to Kudos last year, it was so easy to access and view the site. Made me super excited to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

There is nothing I dislike about Kudos at all. I think everything is perfect just how it is. Just wished more people used it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I really enjoy using kudos"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I really like rewarding coworkers that work hard and can show appreciation. It is really easy to use and the website is self explanatory. I use Kudos monthly to reward employees that I think did a really good job that month. I had to email customer support once because I did not understand where do you see how many total Kudos points I have but they were extremely helpful. It was very easy to implement the Kudos reward system with my team that I work with. Everyone was on board and thought it was a great idea. Engie made it really easy to integrate the Kudos rewards system with all of their employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I really like being able to reward coworkers monthly. The one thing I do not enjoy are the tranches of points you can use. For Example, the only options currently are 50, 25, and 10. I believe if there was a wider range of points it might be an overall better experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I like the system, but dont like the limits"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I like recognizing my teammates and being able to get gift cards for my hard work!! Monetary compensation is my biggest motivator, and this is a way to give my teammates some recognition that way and be recognized that way day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I don't like that there on limits for our company each month to get rewards for our points, I think the company should pay for the points up front, so once I am given the points I can get a gift at any time. I don't like that all redemptions are used up by the first day of the month and then no one can get any rewards. It kind of defeats the purpose.

I also HATE the gift card limits, it completely defeats the purpose of this reward. We should be able to bank up and get a $200 giftcard if we have the points for it. Thats what I always did for Disney gift cars for our yearly trip, now I can only get $50... it's a significant difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kudos Keeps the Good Vibes (and the Good Rewards)"
What do you like best about Kudos?

It makes recognition loud and proud—company-wide high-fives that everyone can see. Our team uses it a ton to celebrate wins big and small, and it genuinely lifts the vibe. Bonus: banking awards into points you can redeem for things you actually want. No more company-branded tchotchkes destined for the junk drawer—hallelujah. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

Honestly, not much. It’s simple and straightforward . If I had to nitpick, the look and feel is a bit plain. A little razzle-dazzle would go a long way. Think bolder dark themes, playful icons, and fun animations when you submit an award. Sprinkle a bit of confetti on the UI and we’re in “chef’s kiss” territory. "Kudos: Great for employee engagement and positive vibes!"
What do you like best about Kudos?

I really like that Kudos allows me to highlight the success and achievements of my coworkers with something that they can actually use and redeem at the end of the year. I like that there is a variety of points to be given so it can range from a simple "hey thank you" to "you are exceptional". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I think it would be nice to be able to filter what public kudos we can see. I have hundreds in the company but it would be nice to see people I interact with and their kudos boosted up higher on my fyp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible Platform!"
What do you like best about Kudos?

Kudos is an outstanding platform that truly makes recognition meaningful and effortless. It creates a culture where appreciation becomes part of everyday work life, helping people feel seen, valued, and motivated. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to send quick notes of recognition or celebrate big achievements in a visible way. One of the best parts is how customizable it is—you can align it with company values, so recognition reflects not just good work but the behaviors and principles that matter most.

Since using Kudos, I’ve noticed stronger team engagement and more positivity across the workplace. It reinforces collaboration and builds morale in a genuine, human way. Whether it’s celebrating a small win or recognizing a major milestone, Kudos provides a space where gratitude feels natural and shared widely.

Overall, Kudos is more than just a recognition tool—it’s a culture-building platform that drives connection, motivation, and engagement. I highly recommend it to any organization looking to foster a supportive and appreciative work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

While Kudos is a strong platform for building recognition and engagement, one drawback is that recognition can occasionally feel transactional or repetitive if not guided by leadership. Without ongoing encouragement for thoughtful, personalized messages, the platform risks losing some of its authenticity. Additionally, depending on the size of the organization, the cost structure may be a challenge, and integration with certain HR systems could be more seamless. These are areas where continued development could make Kudos even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
