"Easy & Meaningful Way to Recognize Colleagues"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

This is by far the most robust recognition and engagement platform I've ever used. It's quick and easy to provide someone with the recognition they deserve. And let's face it...we could all do a better job at that. This platform makes it easy, provides meaningful feedback, and the options for redemption are quality items that people actually want! Can't say enough good things about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

What's not to like? Being able to recognize someone quickly and publicly without having to jump through hoops helps build a sense of team and boosts morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Positive impact in developing the right cultures of care and appreciation."
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The platform makes it really easy to formally recognise and facilitate some minor bonus for individuals. I believe this does make a difference to an individual's well-being and pride at work and so having an easy way to do this is great. I can only imagine the alternative (or rather just using existing company processes) would be overly bureaucratic, take too long, be too infrequent, require higher bonus amounts, feel too formal etc. Approvals are easy to do.

I like being able to see what my team have been recognised for and if they've been raising them as well.

The team feed is nice, so I can see what others have been up to.

The anniversary prompts are good. Range of things you can get with the points is good. I typically get stuff

that is a nice-to-have rather than something I need (which would have been something I'd have probably purchased earlier anyway). As such, they feel like gifts whereas cash just gets lost in the noise of monthly finances.

The points calculator is useful too and gives me confidence in awarding them.

Prompts to use it and reminder comms are about right in content and frequency.

Good you can top-up points with cash to buy other items.

I did have an order get lost that eventually did turn up but customer support were helpful and dispatched another package right away.

I like that is integrated into WorkDay and allows for automatic collation of feedback for annual performance reviews etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

Not a lot I guess - would be nice if the points were more competitive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workhuman Social Recognition Platform: Strategic Evaluation & Business Impact Assessment"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

One of the most impactful aspects of Workhuman Social Recognition is its ability to foster a culture of appreciation and connection across the organization. The platform empowers employees to recognize one another in real time, encouraging positive reinforcement, boosting morale, and reinforcing core company values. Its seamless integration with daily workflows and insightful analytics also make it a strategic tool for enhancing employee engagement and retention

One of the most valuable aspects of Workhuman Social Recognition is its straightforward and Ease implementation process. The platform offers intuitive configuration options, seamless integration with existing HR systems, and minimal disruption to ongoing workflows. This allows organizations to launch recognition programs quickly and with minimal technical overhead. Furthermore, its user-friendly interface supports rapid adoption across teams, helping to foster engagement from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

While Workhuman Social Recognition offers valuable functionality, there are areas where the platform could be enhanced to better support enterprise needs. For example, some users may find limitations in customization options for recognition workflows or reporting capabilities. Additionally, integration with existing HR systems can occasionally require manual intervention, which may affect scalability and efficiency for larger organizations. Improving these aspects could further elevate the platform’s strategic impact.

While Workhuman Social Recognition fosters meaningful peer-to-peer engagement, its overall effectiveness is closely tied to the frequency of use across teams. Inconsistencies in usage patterns—driven by departmental culture, adoption rates, or leadership involvement—can result in irregular recognition activity. This variability may limit the platform’s ability to consistently reinforce positive behaviors and contribute to employee engagement.Enhancing the frequency of use through awareness initiatives, leadership modeling, or program incentives could significantly improve adoption and maximize impact. "User Experience is top notch!"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

Workhuman is like a virtual high-five machine, and honestly, it’s great. It makes recognising teammates super easy and actually fun. Whether someone helped out last minute or just crushed a big project, giving them a shoutout takes seconds but makes a big impact.

It’s cool to see everyone uplifting each other. You start noticing the good stuff more often, and that positivity really spreads. Plus, public recognition gives people a real sense of appreciation, not just from managers but from peers, too.

All in all, it brings a lot of good energy into the workplace, and who doesn’t want more of that? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

While Workhuman is great for boosting morale, it can sometimes feel a bit too “corporate cute.” If too many shoutouts pile up, the genuine ones can get lost in the noise. Also, the points/rewards system is nice, but it can shift the focus from real appreciation to just earning stuff if not balanced well.

It’d be nice if the platform did more to highlight meaningful trends or standout contributions over time. Sometimes, it just feels like a stream of nice messages with no bigger picture.

Still, small gripes. The overall vibe is positive. It just needs a bit more substance behind the recognition sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"As an employee using Workhuman WeCARE, here’s my honest take"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I’ve been using the WeCARE platform at work for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most uplifting tools we have. It’s made it so much easier to recognize and appreciate my coworkers in a way that feels genuine and meaningful.

What I love most is how quick and simple it is to send a shout-out. Whether someone helped me meet a tight deadline or just brought great energy to a meeting, I can send them a note of appreciation in just a few clicks. And the best part? It’s visible to others, so it creates this really positive ripple effect across the team.

It’s also helped me feel more connected to people I don’t work with directly. I’ve learned about amazing contributions from colleagues in other departments that I might never have known about otherwise. It’s a great reminder of how much good work is happening all around us. What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

One area where I think WeCARE could improve is the selection of gift cards available for Canadian employees. While there are some good options, the range feels a bit limited compared to what's offered in other regions. It would be great to see more practical choices added—like gas cards or Visa/Mastercard prepaid cards—which offer more flexibility and can be used almost anywhere.

Having a wider variety would make the recognition rewards even more meaningful and inclusive, especially for employees who may not shop at the current retailers listed. Hopefully, this is something that can be expanded in future updates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Employee Engagement and Retention"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

What I appreciate most is how Workhuman makes recognition immediate, meaningful, and inclusive. It allows employees at every level to recognize peers in real time, creating a continuous culture of appreciation. The tie-in to company values adds depth to each recognition, and the ability to redeem rewards globally keeps engagement high. It’s not just a tool—it’s a morale multiplier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

While the platform is powerful, there are areas that could be improved. The analytics and reporting features could offer more flexibility and deeper insights, especially for tracking trends over time. Additionally, the reward catalog, though broad, sometimes lacks local options in certain countries, which can limit the experience for global teams. A few UI elements also feel slightly dated compared to modern HR platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease and diversity in use."
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The Workhuman app gives you a way to recognize people for all the hardwork they do and for me, all the recognitions that I have received have been very meaningful and compensatory for all the hardwork that I have done. The customer support has also been very helpful. The dashboard has also been very easy to use and navigate when I've ordered my Amazon Coupons. I have used Workhuman multiple times for my purchases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

There nothing much that I dislike about workhuman but the time taken for me to access the resources is something that I would like to highlight, If the app product could be made more accessible that would make it more wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Driving Innovation and Caring Deeply"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

Recognition helps me stay connected to my team while working remotely. It's effective at helping me recognize the most powerful contributors for their help, and it also reminds me that others depend on my contributions.

This kind of stuff is easy to lose track of in a team that is large, remote, and distributed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

It does take time for me to consider the achievements of my coworkers-- it would be great if we could get some AI here.

The cash increments for the prepaid VISA card options could be more granular as well. Also I have never used any of the native store/purchase options-- I typically cannot find my favorite brands or retailers there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great Tool for Building a Culture of Appreciation"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

Workhuman Social Recognition creates a positive work culture by encouraging peer-to-peer recognition. It helps foster collaboration, boosts employee morale, and increases engagement across teams. The platform is user-friendly and integrates well with existing tools like Slack or Outlook, making it easy to give and receive recognition in real time. Redeeming rewards is also straightforward and offers a variety of options, which adds a nice personal touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

One downside is that recognition can sometimes feel superficial or inconsistent, especially if not all team members actively participate. The platform may also lack deeper analytics or reporting features for managers to assess long-term engagement trends. Additionally, the reward catalog could be more diverse in certain regions, and there can be occasional delays in redeeming points depending on the vendor or reward type. "No.1 Recognition Portal"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

As a manager, this tool has made it easier for me to recognize team members consistently and meaningfully. The variety of reward options makes it meaningful for everyone, from public shout-outs to gift cards. Our employees love the ability to recognize colleagues instantly. I frequently use this software to recognize my team. This tool is easy to implement and integrate with our internal tools. Providing 24/7 customer support as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

We need a greater variety of options to select the required products to redeem and compare with other online shopping portals. The products listed here are a bit costly, and the delivery time is taking longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
