What do you like best about Melio?

Melio is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with QBO so that I can streamline my workflow for my clients. Vendors are able to choose how they receive their payments, and we can choose to pay with a credit card (even if the vendor doesn't accept credit cards!). It's cost-effective with fantastic customer support. If we ever have a problem with USPS delivering a paper check, we contact support and request to void and reissue the check - easy-peasy. I use Melio every day for all of my bill pay clients and I'm very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Melio?

What do you like best about Melio?

I really love this service. It has allowed my small business to collect small invoices from my clients without exorbitant fees and untimely delays. I highly recommend it, and will continue using Melio for the foreseeable future.

What do you like best about Melio?

Melio enables our clients to pay their invoices when they want to and how they want to. Quite a few times, we've had clients running low on capital who expressed the need to pay with a credit card. With Melio, it's as simple as sending our client a link to pay and they can go ahead and take care of their balance with a credit/debit card or securely link their bank account to pay by direct deposit. Additionally, Melio stays in sync with the invoices we have in QuickBooks Online, so we don't have to manually create anything in Melio; just copy and paste the link to them and that's all they need. What do you dislike about Melio?

It takes a few days to receive payment from our clients once they've sent their payment through Melio (3-4 days not including weekends). We do have the option to receive payment sooner, for a fee; this is less than ideal but it's an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Melio?

Melio makes sending ACH payments incredibly simple and quick. Setting up an account takes just a minute, and connecting a bank account is straightforward. I really like that I can pay vendors or contractors directly from my bank without needing their bank info—Melio handles it all securely. What do you dislike about Melio?

The free plan only includes a limited number of free ACH transfers each month, and after that, there’s a small fee per transaction. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you have a high volume of payments. When Melio is set up properly, it continues to work and makes it very easy for our clients to pay for our services, either through a direct bank payment or a credit card. What do you like best about Melio?

Melio makes paying vendors simple, fast, and trackable. The UI is clean, approvals are easy to set up, and we can pay via ACH or card (even when a vendor doesn’t take cards) while Melio deposits to their bank or mails a check. The QuickBooks Online sync is rock-solid—bills, payments, and remittances flow without double entry, and the audit trail keeps our clients compliant. Scheduling payments, tracking status in real time, and inviting vendors through a secure link has cut our AP admin time dramatically and improved cash-flow control. What do you dislike about Melio?

Nothing critical, but a few nice-to-have improvements: deeper reporting/analytics (e.g., more customizable AP aging and cash-flow dashboards), bulk approval actions for larger batches, and more granular user permissions for multi-entity environments. What do you like best about Melio?

Melio has made International Wire payments much easier than before. I used to be hesitant to send an International Wire with Melio due to my first experience where the payment was not received. What do you dislike about Melio?

I have been using Melio for years now and just recently was required to submit personal and company verifications to complete payments to vendors that I have been paying for quite some time. It would be nice to have a notification section that lets us know of any updated information required so we are not hit with an email after initiating a payment that more verification information is required.
