What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

The automated invoice capture is incredibly accurate and saves us so much time. I love how easy the approval workflow is to manage, and the audit trails make compliance a breeze.

The ability to choose between check and electronic payments gives us flexibility with our vendors, and the payment tracking and notifications keep everything transparent. Plus, the vendor reporting and trend analysis help us stay on top of our spending.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

The direct sync it has with our accounting software, Sage Intacct, has made everything seamless. The approval function has both our team and auditors very happy. What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

The only thing I would want to improve is how our vendors receive the information about their payment. The vendors that don't want to sign up with BILL are a bit confused on the process, but it may be user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is most helpful is the automation of workflows for invoice entry, approval, payment scheduling & reminders.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

I really like how easy BILL makes it to keep our IT expenses organized. We’ve been using it for a couple of years now, and it’s been a huge help for tracking purchases, managing card charges, and keeping everything in one place. The interface is straightforward, approvals are simple to set up, and I can quickly see the status of any payment or invoice without digging through emails or spreadsheets. Overall it’s been solid, but I do wish the search and filtering were a bit more powerful—sometimes finding older transactions takes longer than it should. A few workflows feel like they could use fewer clicks, especially when you’re processing a batch of items. What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

The approval flow is second to none. Working in a larger company, we've been able to implement Bill approval process across multiple departments and multiple approvers based on several factors. Other AP services cannot match these levels of approval flow. The integration into different ERP systems is seamless and makes teaching new AP clerks or sharing access a breeze. We've been pleased with Bill for years now, and the one place they're losing ground may be on the cost of payments -- while still cost effective, this is one area to review on Bill's side. What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

The tool is a great way to view all invoices and send payments when desired. The ease of paying bills is the best feature of the device. I also appreciate that if their is a delay in payment, the system sends out alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

You have to have a license to use bill.com, where all our bills are stored. Therefore, you must go into Bill.com to review during an audit. The same issue arises at month's end; you have to look in two different systems to review the final numbers and confirm everything was entered correctly.

We also get payments from customers using Bill. It is not user friendly to collect or connect. Every time I go to connect it logs me into the AP system and I am unable to connect. I have reached out to the customer team with no help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation of invoice processing, payment scheduling, and approvals means I don’t have to chase down paper documents or manually track due dates anymore. I especially appreciate how easy it is to set up vendors, send payments electronically, and get a clear audit trail for every transaction. The interface is intuitive, and the search/filter options make finding past bills or payments incredibly quick. I also love that it integrates well with my accounting software, so my records stay accurate and up-to-date without extra data entry. here’s very little I dislike about BILL, but if I had to pick something, it would be that the mobile app experience isn’t quite as robust as the desktop version—some features require me to log in from a computer to complete. Occasionally, payments can take an extra day or two to process depending on the method, which can be a bit inconvenient if timing is tight. Bill.com makes accounts payable and receivable management incredibly efficient. I especially love the convenience of syncing directly with QuickBooks—no duplicate data entry, no manual uploads, and everything stays in perfect alignment. The vendor setup process is also a breeze: I can send an email invite for e-payments, and vendors can quickly onboard themselves without the back-and-forth.
