What do you like best about Mixpanel?

Mixpanel stands out for its real-time tracking. The UI is clean, fast, and easy to use. It supports both server-side and client-side event tracking, making it flexible. Data can be exported in multiple formats, and the API makes extraction seamless. Great for deep user behavior analysis. Customer support is very resposive and capable. Reports are very user friednly. What do you like best about Mixpanel?

We have been using Mixpanel for a couple of years. I like the simplicity and the ease of understanding the data, creating different kinds of dashboards, and all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mixpanel?

With recent changes in the pricing which makes it event-based, it created an issue like it forces us to think which event to fire always. Our development cycle is involved, so we moved to Amplitude which is based on user-based pricing. Though Amplitude's UI/UX isn't that great as Mixpanel, but we don't have any choices.
