What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I appreciate most about Monday.com is how easy it is to keep everything in order. Implementing it into my existing routine and using some of my current programs was very helpful/ It helps me keep track of leads and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks, and all my customer information is in one place instead of scattered across different apps. With easy integrations and clear prioritization, I can focus on the most important tasks and manage relationships more professionally, saving time and reducing the stress of juggling everything manually. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

What do you like best about monday CRM?

I’ve been using Monday CRM primarily for sales tracking, client management, and communications, and it’s been a solid tool for keeping everything organized and accessible in one place.

What I like most is how easy it is to use once everything is set up. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes day-to-day tasks like updating client info or tracking progress straightforward. It’s helped streamline how I manage leads and client communications, and it’s made a noticeable difference in keeping things on track.

I use Monday CRM on a desktop computer, and the performance has been reliable across the board.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Monday CRM to others, especially if you're looking for a flexible tool to handle sales pipelines and client communication in one place. What do you like best about monday CRM?

We use it in every aspect of our company now. It is so useful for managing, organizing, and keeping track of our customers. We are able to see every step of their journey with us due to the Monday CRM. We are slowly transiting our whole company to use the CRM and we have already seen the benefits and heard such positive comments from our team. Once you play around with the CRM, it is fairly simple to use. It does take a while to get accustom to it, especially if you have not done anything like it before. We use it every single day now. There are a lot of tiny steps to learn and it was difficult to integrate it within our company. There were so many little things we had to learn along the way and it was a ton of trial and error. Because the Monday CRM is fairly new, there are not a whole lot of tutorials that can help explain things if you get confused. There are things you have to problem solve yourself. What do you like best about monday CRM?

Its flexibility and automation power: if we spot a recurring task, we can automate it—e.g., a qualified lead automatically spawns a deal, contact, and account, cutting manual entry. The leads/deals structure is clear, with statuses like “live,” “qualified,” “unqualified,” and “lost” that keep focus and follow-ups tight. Customizable fields and activities plus Gmail integration centralize communication and records. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Migration from older systems (like HubSpot) can be tricky—especially mapping contacts and accounts—and usually needs extra setup and automations. There’s a learning curve for new teammates, so hands-on testing (creating and moving sample leads) is essential. Reporting and dashboards are still maturing and sometimes require workarounds or custom AI columns. In short, it’s powerful, but getting the most out of it takes time and intentional configuration. What do you like best about monday CRM?

My absolute favorite thing is the follow-up dates. I would be lost without them! It helps me avoid letting customers fall through the cracks and helps me monitor the frequency at which I reach out. I also love the notes section - keeping everything all together eliminates my worry about lost details. I also love that you can seamlessly move leads to deals and track delivery dates. It is a great product to communicate within a sales team. We all use this every day from the time we arrive at work until closing time! What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I feel like there a lot of features on monday that I haven't even tapped into. It took us a while to figure out how we want to use the product and as a result, we are probably missing some features that would be really helpful. When I've reached out for support, we can never speak with a human and just get sent tutorials and videos. I like the customisations and that I can build boards around not just my own needs but also the needs of the business. We can collaborate on certain boards, create private ones just for us, and still pull all of that data into a dashboard that provides a real-time snapshot of where we're at as a business. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Genuinely there's not much that i dislike, i think the only thing is that when building a dashboard it takes a little time to figure out certain data sources and which type to use. If that process could be more incremental like the automations are. I recommend without hesitation Mandate CRM, which I have been using for two years to manage my clients and obtain real reporting on my sales pipeline. I discovered Mandate CRM thanks to a friend and found the installation very simple, smooth, and quick. It effectively solves the problem of having accurate and scalable reporting on our sales pipeline. Moreover, I am impressed by Mandate CRM's ability to provide a very smooth and scalable sales pipeline as well as reliable reporting. It is such a perfect tool that there is nothing else I would want to improve. This efficiency and simplicity are major assets that make me want to recommend it.
