What do you like best about Omnisend?

Omnisend offers incredible value for the price, their plans are very generous for what you pay. The email design editor is powerful AND flexible, making it easy to create beautiful and conversion driven campaigns. Their customer support is outstanding, even through the chatbot, honestly I can’t remember the last time I needed to talk to a human. Plus, it’s super easy to create great-looking and high-performing popups, both functionally and visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

I’d love to see more native integrations with CRMs, support for RSS campaigns, and the ability to automate tasks like unsubscribing inactive contacts automatically. It would also be helpful to be able to duplicate automations between different stores, even if they’re not on the same platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Omnisend helps us clearly see which actions drive ROI. We can distinguish not just between different popups, but also between their versions thanks to A/B testing. It also shows exactly how much revenue each campaign and each automated flow generates.

Being able to see where every customer is in their lifecycle is amazing. It allows us to send the right messages to the right people, which increases customer lifetime value with ease.
