We are still in the integration stage, but the team at Atlar have been helpful the whole way along. They took the time to understand our business needs and are all very capable and helpful - they have been proactive in managing the integration with our admittedly rather complex banking setup (through a custodian) and have made the process stress-free and easy (from our perspective - they've largely picked up the difficult parts).
Edwin (CS) and Josefine (Delivery Manager) have been a pleasure to work with so far, dealing directly with our banking partners so there's not much lift required from our side as the Customer.
Have not used it on live accounts so far but the Atlar platform itself seems intuitive and has useful features from my using it in a staging environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real negatives to speak of thus far. Integration process takes a while but any delays have come from our bank, so not the fault of the Atlar team.
I was initially under the impression that Atlar had pre-existing connections with our bank and so was not aware until later into the conversation with their Sales team that an entirely new connection would need to be set up, but I didn't feel mislead at all in this process, and they were open about what they could and could not do. They could perhaps be clearer on this point earlier in the process /in their marketing material, but again I did not feel mislead at any point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
