"All-in-One PDF Solution: Reliable, User-Friendly, and Perfect for Collaboration"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I really like how convenient Adobe Acrobat makes it to view, edit, and share PDFs. It’s reliable and easy to use, whether I’m merging files, converting documents, or adding e-signatures. The commenting and highlighting tools are great for collaboration, especially when reviewing documents with others. I also appreciate how it maintains the formatting perfectly, no matter what device or platform I open it on. Overall, it’s a complete tool for handling all kinds of PDF-related tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Sometimes it feels a bit heavy on system resources, especially when working with large files. The premium features can also be a little expensive for basic users who only need simple edits. Occasionally, it takes a while to load big PDFs or apply changes. Other than that, it’s a solid tool — just could be a bit more lightweight and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tracking and Integration, But Sluggish Performance Due to Feature Overload"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe has an option to track document and sent a notification if document sent is opened, it is easier to track legal contract document. Integration with OneDrive to store PDF document securely and to share with customer is easy, just sent document link and recipient can open it instantly. Ease of implementation on multiple devices like PC, tablet or smartphone, each setup only require no more than 20 minutes to fully install it. Many PDF editing tools is available, adding text, picture or other media is easy on existing PDF file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Too many features and tools has make the platform slow to open with clunky interface. Need to use other software for PDF viewer that is much lighter and switch to this software only for PDF editing purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and effective - Easily managed for large teams"
What do you like best about Adobe Creative Cloud?

The simplicity and familiarity of each Adobe Creative Cloud app—whether it’s Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or InDesign—make it incredibly intuitive for users at all levels. Each tool feels instantly recognisable, with a user-friendly interface that mirrors the design standards professionals have come to trust. Yet, beneath that simplicity lies a powerful layer of flexibility: the ability to customise workflows, integrate across apps seamlessly, and adapt to a wide range of creative needs—from quick edits to complex, multi-platform campaigns. This balance of ease and depth empowers creators to focus on what matters most: bringing ideas to life with precision, speed, and creative freedom. Easily managed centrally to manage users and access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Creative Cloud?

To run some of the Adobe Creative Cloud programmes effectively—especially resource-intensive apps like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Photoshop—you’ll need a good laptop or PC with sufficient processing power, memory, and graphics capability. Depending on your subscription tier or software bundle, you may have access to different apps and cloud features, so it’s worth checking what’s included and ensuring your device meets the recommended system requirements. This helps ensure smooth performance and unlocks the full creative potential of the tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable PDF Solution with Room for Pricing Improvements"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I find Adobe Acrobat to be an incredibly reliable tool that simplifies the management of PDF documents. It’s perfect for creating, editing, and handling PDFs with ease. The convenience it offers in signing contracts, filling forms, and converting files is unparalleled. Over the five years of using it, I’ve found no competitor that manages PDFs as effectively as Acrobat. The setup is straightforward, supporting both Windows and Mac, and the cross-platform nature, along with cloud features, makes it quick and simple without complex configurations. Adobe Acrobat effectively solves problems related to document management and sharing by maintaining a consistent, professional format across devices, minimizing errors. The ability to edit PDFs, add comments, and use e-signatures all under one platform is a huge time saver, something other apps don’t offer in one package. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with tools like Microsoft Office and email clients, adding to its versatility and efficiency. The all-in-one PDF solution with cloud integration ensures secure access to files anywhere, making document management easy and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Some advanced tools are very useful, but they can be expensive. For individual users or small teams, slightly lower prices or flexible plans would make the product even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really love product over all with minor improvements"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

It's really helpful for editing documents in a stylized way, signing documents, sharing documents with non-designers. For design It's great for sending PDF print material. We use it constantly for multi-person reviews. Making it live for live comments is so helpful for group projects and multi-level management projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

I would love to be able to add additional signature options. Sometimes I have to sign as myself, or my business signature. I keep my art signature and business signature different too. Or a good example of this is " Joe Smith" vs " Joe Smith, TTE" if you're signing on behalf of a trust or person.

Traditional redlining would also be helpful for designers who are working with traditional lawyers who haven't converted over to PDFS from word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All I need in a PDF tool is Adobe Acrobat"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat has been super helpful for me as a student, especially when it comes to making and organizing PDFs. I use it every day. It really solves the problems I had before with PDF quality. The program helps me keep my files organized, making sure everything is where it should be, which is really important for my schoolwork. Plus, the quality and help from Adobe Acrobat are really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat can be a little slow and unresponsive sometimes, which means I often have to close and reopen it. It feels like it uses a lot of resources on my older computer, and that might be why it’s acting up. I also think it would be super helpful if there were clearer instructions for using JavaScript code, making it easier to edit PDFs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Features but Weighed Down by Performance and Pricing"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like best about Adobe Acrobat is the accuracy of its OCR feature. I often work with scanned documents, and Acrobat converts them into editable text with surprisingly few errors, even when the original quality isn’t perfect. I also love how smoothly it lets me reorder or extract pages without messing up the formatting. The built-in e-signature tool is another huge plus—it saves me from printing and rescanning documents just to sign them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

What frustrates me most about Adobe Acrobat is how heavy it feels, especially when opening large PDFs or switching between tools. Even on a decent laptop, there’s a noticeable delay when using features like “Prepare Form” or exporting to Word. The subscription model also feels a bit excessive—some fairly basic functions, like combining files or editing a few lines of text, are locked behind the paid version. It sometimes feels like the software is doing too much, and that slows down simple tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive PDF Tools and Enhanced Security in Adobe Acrobat"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Point 1:

The latest version of Adobe Acrobat checks the trustworthiness of a file when opened. If the file comes from an untrusted source, it provides a warning. Additionally, when opening PDF attachments from Outlook emails, it prompts you to save the file to your computer.

Point 2:

If the PDF contains multiple pages and you want to navigate to a specific section, you can use the Contents panel to jump directly to that page.

Point 3:

Adobe Acrobat offers several useful tools such as Highlight, Drawing, Eraser, Text, Read Aloud, and the very helpful Translate feature.

Point 4:

You can switch to Full Screen mode for a better reading experience, and there are also options to edit the PDF directly within the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Point 1 :

Editing text in PDFs, especially scanned documents or those with complex formatting, may not always work as expected. Sometimes fonts or alignments can shift.

Point 2:

While full screen mode improves readability, it hides editing tools unless you exit the mode, which can be inconvenient during presentations or reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great PDF Editing, and great for signing documents"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

My main use for Acrobat is editing PDFs, and I consider its editing tools to be exceptional for altering the content of existing PDF documents. Whenever I need to revise text or include images, it handles these tasks with great efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

One of the main drawbacks I experience with Acrobat is that the app can be quite slow at times. More importantly, I find the zoom function to be unintuitive, which often leads me to zoom in too much or struggle to find the right view settings. Additionally, the formatting options could use improvement, as aligning text to a margin or ruler is quite difficult, making it challenging to keep documents consistent.
