I've been using the Alaan card for a few months, and my experience has been excellent. The application process was simple, and I received approval quickly. We have limousine business in Dubai and as limosuine business goes, we have lots of payments that need to go through cards payment online and using credit cards of owners become a hassle, as reconciling expense was a challange. Corporate Credit cards were also not feasible as repeated amount transactions would block the cards. Now with with Alaan we have full control of our expense management, we can assign limits to each users, seperate their budget and control their limits. Since expense authrization are with different people, we can assign team leaders to review and approve the expenses. In addition to above, with seperate statement for each wallet we can easily reconcile the payment and user having control of their can now make payments more swift and efficiently. Our processing time for payments have down down dractically and we have more visibilty than ever. The ease if use of this platform and enabled us to reallocate more time to other tasks.

On top of that, every problem that we have faced uptil now have been resovled quick by customer support team. Customer support is is quick and effective and we feel supported.

One best thing about this platform is how easy and intuitive it is to setup the whole structure, even before we got the orientation we able to start setting up cards, team member, budgets and cards. With this ease now almost every transaction now is going through Alaan. Our team members are now able to use this solution whenever they have and are not resticted by availbility someone elase. The only downside that we have seen so far right now is the ability to add funds right away. The cycle of adding funds only on weekdays and specific time is the only thing right that is now that is somewhat bothering us, as sometime multiple user get payment request that go beyong the available funds with Alaan and even if we trasnfer the money right away it take time to load up the wallet.

In my case, I'm working for a UAE company and was on a business visit to the UAE, so the company issued me a card to use during my stay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I couldn't manage or check the card details or payments I made directly from my mobile because I think it required a UAE number, which I didn't have. So, I suggest linking it using the business email or something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing which i dislike about this app is for each transaction be it penny expenses, it creates an expense entry, for which we usually make a consolidated entry traditionally. So the number of transaction data appears in the ledger are too many. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the idea on having a corporate credit card which you can create and assigned a card to each department. Budget is controlled, accountability and the tracking of the usage is easy. The interface is excellent and easy to use. Adopting and implementation within the team did not require a learning curve. We were able to easily integrate with our account software.

Breaking down expenses according to the different categories has given me a lot more insight when it comes to budgeting. The cashback is an excellent incentive.
