What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

Blackthorn has all of the features that we need and more. They were able to accommodate our preference to not use Stripe. The providedreporting and dashboards were great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

An area for improvement would be the check-out for donations. You have to select your donation amount on the page before you can select your donation designation. It would be great to have them combined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

We have just installed and onboarded Blackthorn Events through our Salesforce CRM. It could not have been easier to navigate. Most event platforms are far too simplistic to take on board all the relevant information to run senior executive events. We have been searching for a long time to find a compatible and reliable product coupled with superior support and are thrilled to have finally found it. Thank you to Nathan Gonzalez and the team at Blackthorn for making our experience uncomplicated and fun. We have had zero downsides to onboarding Blackthorn Events. What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

The onboarding with BlackThorn has been great. The working sessions have been tailored to the needs of our project, and we managed to go over all the essential aspects, which made creating our event a straightforward process.

What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

Blackthorn events integrated seamlessly with Salesforce. Our onboarding process was very thorough, and Noah M took the time to answer all our questions and solve any problems we encountered along the way, while we made our events. Noah also made recommendations on additional steps we could take for Blackthorn to customize it towards our unique industry event specifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

From the Sys Admin perspective, Blackthorn is very easy to set up. For end users, there are plentiful documentation and video resources to hit the ground running with.

On top of what's already available, Blackthorn has an amazing team behind it (Jason G. and Noah M. come to mind) that provide a top-notch tailored onboarding experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

Whenever you're dealing with managed packagesin Salesforce it can be frustrating to not be able to set default values for certain fields, etc. Thankfully this can be remedied in a multitude of ways (Flow, apex, in-app guidance, and/or establishing a SOP/job aid). Can't knock the product for a Salesforce limitation, overall we're very happy with Blackthorn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team, the platform and how easy it is to play with it, the support and customer service, the training - very informative. We are a weird organisation and the team has been working so hard in meeting our objectives as a business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is hard to find - we are new on the platform and maybe the limitations on how we can play with the marketing side of it? I am sure I will find some areas to improve on - like VIP pages and access but I'll play first! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

Blackthorn has replaced Eventbrite for us. With the Salesforce connectivity we now have more insight into the attendance and engagement of our contacts. A few limitations, such as the inability to restrict registrants from selecting conflicting conference sessions, limited styling on post-event survey forms, and lack of email open tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

As we begin diving into the Blackthorn application through Salesforce, I can not speak enough to how easy the onboarding process was. Response times, amazing, turn around times even better. The system itself, has all the bells and whistles that you could hope to have for all your event planning and registration needs. Highly recommend and one other thing very important to note, they are always on top of upgrades and investing time on new ideas. You want a system that will grow with you.
