I've been using their WooCommerce-eBay synchronization plugin and I'm very satisfied with the results. The plugin works flawlessly - product and order syncing is reliable and seamless, which is exactly what I needed for my store.

TikTok By Cedcommerce

Honestly, integrating TikTok with WooCommerce used to feel impossible, but this tool made the whole process super smooth. I loved how quickly I could connect my WooCommerce store and start syncing products right to TikTok Shop. The interface is simple, and their setup guides are actually easy to follow (which isn’t always the case with plugins). Products not working, support incapable and ignorant.

The eBay and Amazon integration for Woo, that I am using, never worked to 100% as it was discussed, promised, agreed, advertised. Most problems are related to channel synchronization. Like:

- prices not updating

- inventory not updating

- order status not updating

A few months ago, inventory quantities stopped synchronizing on eBay. eBay sales still update Woo inventory as expected, but inventory changes in Woo are not going to eBay. This problem was reported 2 months ago, since then they add and remove people from the WhatsApp support group, but never answer to the problem or try fixing it.

The team at CED are always very quick to respond to any questions and provide any information or fixes extremely quickly. Our use case was a bit complicated and out of the norm for them, but they were great about working with us to find a solution to all of our issues. We are looking into setting up another Tik Tok integration for another brand and will absolutely be using the CEDCommerce software for this setup as well. The customer service representative made me write this review while we were in communication. He asked to see my screen to check that I was actually posting a positive review, and he even wrote the review himself. At one point, I wanted to give 4 stars but he asked me to give 5.

I am no longer satisfied at all with CedCommerce’s services because I was charged after the 3-day trial even though I did not intend to subscribe, and I also find their method of forcing me to write a positive comment quite questionable.

Our experience with CedCommerce has been nothing short of a disaster. We purchased several of their B2B extensions, only to discover that they are missing critical business logic and completely fail to address real-world business requirements. They sell you extensions that require other extensions to be bought but these extensions do not properly work with one another. The extensions are slow and include repetitive prompts that causes speed issues on a Magento platform. The code appears to be written by low-paid, inexperienced developers with no understanding of Magento best practices or even basic quality standards. As a result, we encountered issue after issue—many of which were directly due to poor, non-standard coding that broke our Magento store and forced us into costly troubleshooting.

What’s worse, the extensions are clearly designed with one goal in mind: to get you dependent on CedCommerce for constant fixes and “customizations,” which, unsurprisingly, they charge extra for—even when the issues are clearly defects in their original products.

Customer support is practically nonexistent. Our support tickets went unanswered, and whenever we did manage to get a response, it was superficial and never actually solved the problems. Reaching out to management was equally useless—they were always “unavailable” and never addressed our complaints, despite repeated attempts to contact them.

If you value your business, your time, and your sanity, do NOT buy anything from CedCommerce. Their extensions are unreliable, their code is subpar, and their support is abysmal. We are still dealing with the fallout from trusting this company. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reputable Magento solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pausing your account and holding you to ransom until you upgrade. Missing orders not coming through. They don't work out of hours even for very serious technical glitches they will not be available. Spending an hour chatting to their 'helpdesk' trying to sort our an issue. They will also try and charge you extra $200 to fix an issue with their own plugin/subscription which is ridiculous. No apology or ownership or any sort of resolution when they mess up. Be prepared to lose lots of orders and have your companies reputation damaged as a result of their issues. They must pay for positive reviews, this product is horrible we are having duplicate sales constantly, I paid more for dedicated support they do not reply in a timely manner, even if you send a detailed issue report they want a 1 hour call every time for you to show problem, this is eating up so much of my time, when they fix it they are doing so manually so the bugs are still in the program, they try to upsell you everyday on other products.
