I purchased the eBay Shopify app which was said to track inventory between eBay sales and my Shopify site. It worked at first, then stopped tracking inventory after about a month. They fixed it after a few days but again stopped tracking inventory again after about a month. This continued until a month ago at which point support stopped responding to my emails pertaining to the inventory tracking feature not working. I understand that sometimes apps will not work due to eBay changes etc., but not every month and there is no excuse to not respond to customers email requests to fix the app. Avoid this app and nonresponsive company!
