For my use, I like its intuitiveness, speed of use, and high level of automation. I find the ease with which I can search and find contacts useful, as well as the simplicity in creating strategies. What I don't like about Crono is that it can conflict with the CRM, creating some difficulties in data synchronization. Additionally, it is not possible to track which links are clicked by email recipients, which limits the ability to adapt strategies based on user behavior.
