Love the data stewardship dashboard that we configured to our data governance rules. I also loved the onboarding training when we bought D&B Optimizer for Salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From sale to installation completion and a few weeks beyond we had excellent implementation team of Brian, Chuck, and Joe that were extremely accommodating and understanding. They were willing to listen to our data challenges and find work arounds to the majority of our challenges. Brian lead meeting after meeting until we got everything setup. Professional group. What do you like best about D&B Connect?

The amount of data points provided are extremely helpful, the in-depth industry information and site specific information has been very helpful! D&B also integrates directly with Boomi MDM which is helpful in enriching data with high accuracy. The platform allows you to choose your confidence interval as to when you want to update accounts that meet or exceed that threshold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Connect?

Sometimes the data can be stale, with any tool but we have noticed some where the website has been offline for years. You can request D&B to update this information but it would be great if it was done more regularly and in an automated fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that I have to click around in several spots to be able to get what I need. Once I'm in the right place, I can get into the account information. Brian Maurer provided numerous training documents and assisted with our setup. He followed up with our team several times and was always available to assist with questions. We weren't using some features correctly so Brian helped us get on the right track. He made the experience much more pleasurable than our other contacts. Great customer service.
