What do you like best about Demandbase One?

The thing that i like is how seamlessly it combines account-based marketing (ABM), intent data, and sales intelligence into a single, unified platform. It gives our marketing and sales teams a clear, shared view of high-value accounts, helping us prioritize efforts where they matter most. The real-time intent signals are a game-changer, we can see which accounts are actively researching solutions like ours, and tailor outreach accordingly. While Demandbase One is a powerful platform, there is a learning curve, especially for new users. Also, while the intent data is incredibly useful, occasionally the signal strength can vary, so it’s important to validate with additional research. "Boosts Outbound Prospecting with Some Data Challenges"
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

I have been using Demandbase One for six months to facilitate outbound prospecting, and it's been an impressive experience. Setting up Demandbase One was pretty straightforward, which I found very convenient. One of the standout features is the ability to get complete coverage on our outbound prospecting efforts and ideal customers, which significantly enhances our brand awareness. I find it incredibly useful to see what companies are engaged in our content. Additionally, I appreciate the feature that allows content to be automatically distributed based on a variety of factors, which simplifies our process and increases efficiency. Another critical benefit is the ability to reach many accounts in a short term, which is significant for our operations. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

I find the criteria to enter the account-based marketing program in Demandbase One problematic. The data regarding company revenue is often incorrect, and the employee count can be very inconsistent. What do you like best about Demandbase One?

Demandbase helps to collect companies, and contacts in bulk. Helps in industry mapping which is useful to identify the companies falling under which industry. Contact Details like Phone Numbers, Emails, LinkedIn profiles will be useful to reach out to the customers.

It is used as company database by collecting the company details, industry overview, financial details, scoops and technology landscape etc.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

While collecting contacts, it was observed, lot of redundant profiles are displaying by providing same contact from mulitple departments. Also frequent cross-checks are not being done for removal of contacts from companies who left, or updating if they have any role changes, which is resulting in non-accurate data from the whole list. "Useful and Meaningful Account Based Marketing Platform"
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

I came across Demandbase One, and have had quite extensive exposure to Performance and Programmatic Marketing, with Demandbase Measurement, Tracking, Enrichment and Targeting, Account Based Marketing becomes effortless. It is fairly easy to integrate, just connect with your CRM, GTM and Ad Accounts to build Audiences, Select Destination, Advertise and know hotspots in your Accounts. The Team is extremely supportive in setting it up, running Advertising Campaigns or understanding accounts. I have been using it almost daily since the day I took charge in my new role. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

While the platform's data tech is robust, I believe there is still room for UI / UX Improvement, additionally, they could also focus on cold emailing too as that aspect I haven't come across in the platform till now. The platform can feel overwhelming at first. It takes time, training, and internal alignment to get the most out of it. Applying multiple filters (e.g., industry + intent score + location) often requires extra clicks, and the “Reset” button isn’t always obvious. What do you like best about Demandbase One?

It made it easy to see which companies were interested in us, and we could build really focused retargeting lists based on how engaged they were. It's also super helpful for finding our most important accounts and the specific people we should be talking to.

Their advertising features are also good and helped us reach the right folks. On top of that, it works really well with tools we already use, like Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

What do you like best about Demandbase One?

In a single click I can get information like address, phone, industry, description, revenue of a company & all the information are accurate. The best thing I like about InsideView is, it provides a precise & correct description of the company which helps me to know about the prospect company, & I prefer this over the company's own description given on "about us" web page, because it provides the overview which includes company,s business/services, establishment, location (overseas as well) & many more in a paragraph only. What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

Sometimes I feel there are less number of contacts/people available on InsideView especially from HR, Finance & Legal department, apart from this everything is simple & good. Also, few years back, there was an option through which I can raise a request to update new contact information over a wrong contact just by clicking over it, but now that option is missing.
