"Ambitious platform that doesn’t quite live up to its potential"
What do you like best about Demandbase One?

It has a ton of good tools under one roof, like account targeting, intent data, ads, analytics. When it all works, it really does help you get a clearer view of what’s happening across your accounts. The intent data is probably one of my favorite aspects of the product because it helps narrow in on the right targets faster. I also like that it connects pretty easily with Salesforce and HubSpot, which saves some setup time. My team mainly uses it for account data management, marketing analytics, and attribution. In theory, it should make ABM a lot smoother, and on good days, it actually does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandbase One?

It’s kind of a beast to learn and it'll take some time to get the hang of. Additionally, the platform feels more complicated than it needs to be, and honestly, data syncing isn’t always reliable. While support is available, it shouldn't be a constant use just to get some decent use out of the platform. Reporting takes time, and sometimes it feels like you need a full-time admin just to keep it organized. A few of the features don’t really connect well with the rest, which makes it clunky to use day to day. The idea behind it is great, because I see the vision of what it’s trying to accomplish, but the actual experience can be frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
