"Domo BI tool with Data Warehouse capabilities"

What do you like best about Domo?

My company didn't have a data warehouse in place when we needed to start creating dashboards, so we were able to use the Domo connectors to bring in data from a variety of sources and build dashboards quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Domo?

The lack of folders make navigation/organization a bit odd, and I don't feeling the admin/data governance is very intuitive. Also, there's some weird quirks about drilling down from the visuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domom helps us basically do anything we can envision with our data. It acts as a central hub we can store all of our data from internal to our company to even outside sources. From here, we have everything we need to build weather app so our branches know what type of weather is coming, to HR portals to help managage our recruiting pipeline and PTO request, to everday how are we doing and how are we doing compared to others. What do you like best about Domo?

1. Affordability and Ease of Use:

As a startup company very early in the business, one of our main targets is also to keep everything within budget and minimise the cost, wherever possible. DOMO helps a great deal in that. Not only is it affordable, but also very easy to use. The visualizations, charts and dashboards are easy to understand and grasp.

2. Mobile Accessibility:

One of the best things about DOMO is its mobile application, both for android as well as iOS users. The CXOs of the company can view dashboards and insights easily on their fingertips through the mobile app.

3. Customer Support:

DOMO provides good support and customer care options and the support team is always ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Domo?

Despite being easy-to-use and affordable, there are a few not-so-big disadvantages of using DOMO. You won't see much of the themes and creative visuals here. Only limited themes are there which can make almost all the dashboards/apps look similar. Visualizations, charts and colors/themes can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a product-based company, we need to see the sales of our services every hour to track the business progress. DOMO helps us to visualize our data and give it a meaning, so that the stakeholders can understand how our products are performing in the market. The visualizations and charts help us to easily get insights about our business. Also, the mobile app feature here is too good as our stakeholders and CXOs can see the dashboards at the tip of their fingers on the DOMO mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
