What do you like best about Experience.com?

I like that I get the same results using Experience.com than I did using a PR firm who charged me over 3x more. My representative at Experience.com is more like a business partner and friend because he collaborates with me and seems genuinely interested in helping me grow my business. What do you dislike about Experience.com?

I find Experience.com extremely beneficial due to its integration with my social media platforms, which automates the posting of my reviews, saving me considerable time and effort.
