"A game-changer in Vulnerability Management"
What do you like best about Edgescan?

What I like best about Edgescan is the seamless combination of automation, usability, and human expertise they bring to our security program. The automated monthly vulnerability scans give us continuous visibility into risks across our applications and infrastructure without manual effort — it’s reliable, consistent, and low-maintenance.

We also value the annual penetration tests, which are easy to schedule and coordinate with their team. The process is smooth, and the insights we receive are clear, actionable, and tailored to our environment.

Another big plus is how user-friendly the platform is. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for both technical and non-technical users to navigate, review findings, and generate reports. Speaking of which, the reporting capabilities are strong, and we’re able to easily provide professional, detailed security reports to our own customers — which adds real value on our end.

Lastly, Edgescan’s customer support is outstanding. The team is incredibly responsive — often getting back to us within the same day of the ticket being logged— and they’re always willing to clarify findings or offer guidance. That level of support makes a huge difference and reinforces the feeling that we’re working with a true partner in security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

Some results require manual validation on our end to assess business impact, but that’s more about our internal process than a limitation of Edgescan itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Edgescan is the combination of ease of use, real-time visibility, and the strong support from the team. The platform makes it simple to stay on top of vulnerabilities, and the responsiveness and expertise of the Edgescan team really stand out. It feels like a true partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

There’s not much to dislike, overall, the platform is very reliable. The team is always responsive to feedback, which is greatly appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Edgescan - a company that listens"
What do you like best about Edgescan?

Edgescan offers a considered approach to each aspect of their product. They are keen to engage and solicit input from their customers in order to develop and improve what is already a robustly unique and effective offering. Onboarding has been simplified as a result of feedback. The provision of stats supporting optimised efficiencies is especially helpful in demonstrating the value of the service. The unified portal and custom reporting, along with the manual review and QA of all test results before releasing them provides us with control over schedules, how information is presented and confidence in the findings. The customer service is excellent, with responses by return. In short, working with edgescan feels like a true partnership and I cannot recommend them more highly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

There is little to dislike about this company. The scan results can sometimes take longer than expected but that is because, unlike most alternative providers, all results are manually reviewed before release and it is only by a day or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Partner with Innovative AI Insights"
What do you like best about Edgescan?

I love the AI insights, which are one of the newest features, and they help us utilize metrics effectively. I appreciate the customized dashboards as they save a lot of manual labor and make data more accessible for analysis. I value the great partnership we have with the Edgescan team; they are always supportive, adaptive, and progressive, which ensures our needs are met timely and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

I found it challenging to use the customized dashboards in the past, as I have not been able to use them effectively, which was a pain point. Though we are now working on making them more usable, it previously hindered my ability to efficiently access and process information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product with a great team behind it!"
What do you like best about Edgescan?

On demand pen testing as a service

ALL findings are validated by a person which eliminates a large number of false positives

Because all findings are validated by a person, it makes risk prioritization easier for organizations with limited resources

The ability to rescan for a specific vulnerability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

It's not much of a downside but because every finding is validated by a person, scans can take a longer time to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beyond Expectations: Edgescan Provides Comprehensive Asset Visibility and High-Fidelity Results"
What do you like best about Edgescan?

Most recently Edgescans innovative approach to consolidating both penetration testing and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) results in 1 management portal has brought significant Visibility & Governance benefits. In the past, managing these two critical security functions separately led to fragmented visibility and increased complexity. We have improved our security posture by providing a centralized platform that offers a unified view of our vulnerabilities. We are also able to serve our compliance / audit requirements more efficiently through this centralised mechanism Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

The newly released Edgescan AI Insights feature looks intriguing - I will need to properly review the capability in order to assess how it can introduce tangible benefits within our organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User Friendly interaction for the majority of the features"
What do you like best about Edgescan?

The friendly interface that you can navigate the platform with ease and access any of the assets.

The notification system for any blocked assets or newly uploaded vulnerabilities.

The different style of reports are very good as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

I can't say that I dislike any of the features that the platform has to offer.

The one thing that I had issues in the past when I started using Edgescan was the Filtering system, the way you could customise the filter to your specific needs. I don't have any problems with it at this stage but this was a big hurdle at the start.

A separated section could be created for Penetration Tests, to be a designated section separated from the Ongoing Scanning results / process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Edgescan Is Amazing!"
What do you like best about Edgescan?

As it came time for our annual pen test, we implemented Edgescan into our environment to scan for vulnerabilities. Edgescan helped us locate many "hidden" issues that we were unaware of, allowing us to harden our environment. Edgescan was very simple to set up - create our assets and scan for vulnerabilities, remediate and retest. Not difficult at all! Edgescan also provided us with the remediation tasks as well as supporting CVEs which were extremely helpful! We scan monthly to make sure that we continue our security efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

Not much to dislike. The learning curve was minimal and Edgescan was easy to integrate into our environment. The only issue I might put up there is sometimes the rescan can take longer that I like. That could also be me being impatient in a "now" world, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Good documentation.

- There are no problems with the tool; the scans just work, so you don't need to worry about reconfiguring and fixing things.

- Customer support is very good and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

- The UI is not as much intuitive as other tools.
