"A cost-effective version of Gong with the best use of AI I've seen"

What do you like best about Fathom?

Getting call recordings for my team at a low price is fantastic. But it's the transcripts / being able to search for keywords that's really huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fathom?

They're still building out their team functionality. If they added some freatures re metrics + commenting / allowing sales leaders to provide async call call coaching, I don't see what anyone would still need Gong for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Meeting notes with Fathom"

What do you like best about Fathom?

I like the functionality provided with this tool and the ability to integrate the output with other applications.

For example, a handy functionality is the ability to share specific recording clips from meetings via slack & configuring the email summary template for sharing with attendees (via Google Mail). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fathom?

It can be unreliable in the sharing of meeting outputs with the required colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Removing the operational overhead on the team to write meeting notes and not pay full attention to the content of the meeting. There is now increased engagement with the sessions for more productive discussions and action/next step setting. Previously we had used Fellow.ai but Fathom is a free-tool which is cost-effective and delivers what the team needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
