Freshsworks as a whole has always been welcoming and supportive of our business ventures, willing to assist in our very technical flows. Eager to solve core problems we might experience, they have been nothing but a delight. Even with a vast number of companies they still provide personalized support. Overall looks and layout, deal viewer is nice, so is company view

Allows customizations of deals, fields among other aspects, helping to make custom apps possible

Configuration settings are numerous and cluttered, making it hard to follow along

My peers on the sales sector have expressed better sentiment towards their previous CRM ecosystem called "Salesforce". Could be a good competitor to analyse.

It is very detrimental to develop apps for Freshsales, since upon making a get request of a sale for exempla, returns a specific json structured body, upon uploading an app to production, that json structure is completely* different, adding new structures (data becomes the top object), moving vars to other objects(in case of contact info, moves it to association obj), changing var names entirely (custom_field to custom_fields) etc, making it so if you'd like to have a version of your app to run locally, you'd have to make one version for running locally, and one version with the proper alteration to publish live, making it so you can only test it by constantly publishing new versions of the app, since you cant test the live version locally

What do you like best about Freshsales?

We use freshsales mainly as a call management program, as our company does not use the lead-> sale type model. It has worked very well for us, and the customer service is top notch, replying to our inquiries very quickly and effectively. It is also a good way to send emails and have all agents with visibility and the ability to step in if needed.

It is easy to use, and intuitive.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

The only thing left desired is the ability to quickly manage leads (especially removing undesired lead or figuring out which need to be combined)

What do you like best about Freshsales?

I've enjoyed using Freshsales. It has an intuitive interface and essential features that make it easy to use. The platform's pipeline and contact management have improved the way we manage our client relationships. Most of all, I like that Freshsales gives me the tools I need without overwhelming me with too much. As an example, another CRM I considered had over 45 apps, but there was no way I'd use them all. In some ways, I felt it would be a distraction to try to learn them, so I chose Freshsales because it gives me all I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshsales?

Freshsales appears (at least to me) to be a product-driven sales CRM. At least, that's my takeaway based on many of the features it offers. I'm a service-based business. So, to get the most from Freshsales, I've had to see my service as a product. Doing so has helped me adjust some of the features to fit my business. Another thing I don't like is that Facebook and Instagram are the only two social media platforms you can integrate (at least, for now). They just introduced lead gen forms for LinkedIn, but you can't integrate LinkedIn as a social platform the way you can with FB and IG. I'd like to see that feature since LI is such an important platform for B2B sales. Also, the styling options for lead-gen forms and web forms is lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Upon automatic renewal of my subscription, I asked them to refund me as we were not going to need it for the upcoming year.
