What do you like best about Hookdeck?

They've spent significant time building great UX for filtering through webhook events! This has been incredibly helpful in debugging failed workflows.

I can manage all of my webhook redirects from a centralized platform. If we build a new pipeline, I don't have to log into each platform that it depends on it (INDIVIDUALLY); I can redirect everything from Hookdeck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hookdeck?

What problems is Hookdeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

My webhook server would get overwhelmed occasionally during periods of heavy use and drop responses, or even worse sometimes get stuck in retry loops that would grind everything to a halt. With Hookdeck, you don't have to be a programmer to configure appropriate rate limiting to keep things working. Plus I get alerts in real time when something isn't working correctly so I can keep things running with a minimum of downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
