What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Good for sales intel and ability to tag contacts - this will only operate in some sales processes as it's difficult to dechiper who is visiting your site. Luckily for us it's usually the owner so we can look them up on Linkedin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

They are the only month to month SaaS I am aware of that will lock you in for two months - when you cancel you have to give them a notice period - this is was not stated when you sign up. Also they keep billing and their support is lacking with no telephone number to call - i have had mutiple charges to my credit card since cancelling in Feburary - it's now June and still waiting on refund based on what they described as a technical error. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

The market has evolved, and tracking who visits your website is a feature ofered for free by many CRM vendors. I believe their core business service is no loger needed. It does it's job well but you can get it for free somewhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

They auto-renewed without notice. I hate software that auto renews itself you if you do not pay attention and disable it.Renewals should be an intentional action, not automated.

What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Leadinfo is easy to install via Google Tag manager and a breeze to use with a clear overview and intuitive UI. I particularly like the screen recording feature, which seeminly none of the competitors offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

EDIT:

LeadInfo's cancellation policy left us feeling rather deceived. It was not made clear by the sales team or on the platform that there is a 1 month cancellation 'notice period', nor did we sign a contract confirming this (I guess it's in their T&Cs). There is a button to cancel on the platfrom, but this needs to be 'confirmed' by staff, who didn't reply until I followed up - at which point we were close to our monthly renewal date. They subseqeuntly told us we have to pay for an entire month of non-usage due to the notice period.

This is not a good experience and I haven't seen any other such platforms behaving in this way. Cancellation of subscription-based SaaS products should be clear and simple in my opinion.

Unfortunately, this experience has left us with the impression that the team may prioritize customer retention over providing transparent service and value for money.

I suspect that the lead quality isn't as good as some of the competitors. There were multiple instances where a lead was identified as a random company, when in fact it was me. We aim to maintain a minimal cancellation period to offer flexibility while ensuring service continuity. We understand that our policy regarding the 1-month notice period may not have been communicated as clearly as it should have been, and we're taking steps to make this information more transparent across all our channels.

Regarding lead identification, while we strive for accuracy and boast one of the highest success rates in the industry, we acknowledge that there can be hits and misses. The nature of identifying companies based on web activity means there will occasionally be inaccuracies. However, on average, we are among the most precise providers in the market.

For B2B organizations, this is the ideal tool for following up on 'soft leads' who have visited the website but have not converted. With limited sales capacity, it is obviously much more efficient and effective to approach website visitors (whom you know are to some extent 'in the market') than to approach random organizations. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Firstly it's very easy to use. Not being massively tech focussed I found it fairly easy to install, set up and work with. I did get help from their customer suport very quickly when I needed it

Secondly, the information is accurate, extensive and provides as much detail as it allowed due to privacy rules.

And thirdly, my sales team can now follow up with companies that have actively visited our websites, and ensure that their time is being spent working with targets who have a clear and visible interest in our products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the features which were included in the trial period were not included in the basic package that I opted for (unsurprisingly). Granted, I could have spent more money and made these availble, but perhaps it might havebeen better to make this clear from the get go. Saying that, I am happy with what I have! We implemented LeadInfo to deliver marketing-qualified leads to sales. The software is very useful for that purpose, but has other qualities that help our company grow. The software package has recognized many more organizations nationally and internationally for years than competitors. It regularly expands in functionalities, responds to market developments. Leadinfo shows in real-time and in daily reports which companies have visited the website and what they have done. And how they got there (SEO, SEA, with which keyword). What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Convenient and easy to use dashboard to track website visitors and their behaviour. Along with some nice features such as Lead Gen forms to be used on your website which you can customise for new and returning visitors. The origin of how visitors found or landed on our website is also a nice feature as it helps us with understanding how visitors are finding us and where we need to improve. Similar to what other competitors also face is that sometimes visitors use their network VPN or other protective settings and you only see their internet provider and not the actual company.
