What I like best about PeopleForce is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for our team to navigate the platform. What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

At the time we joined, there was no functionality for properly tracking and managing work time records in compliance with Polish labor law. However, I know that the team is actively working on resolving this issue. That said, the customer support team has always been very helpful and has done everything possible to assist us with any challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PeopleForce?

I really like the intuitiveness of the tool, the way it looks and the ease of use. In addition, the implementation process is also a plus - the people at customer succes were extremely helpful and responsive.

People force has a lot of customisability, a very well thought-out recruitment process and a homepage that engages employees.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

What I miss is more flexibility, a quicker response to the critical improvements I already reported during onboarding.

I believe that in many cases small changes could have made the tool even more user-friendly and useful. What I miss is the visibility of people's mentions in individual comments and shuffles, the fact that the system is white or black when accepting a non-being (either one person or two - one after the other, not alternately). Additionally, I miss the ability to add two supervisors to one team, which in our case looks crooked with one person above the other.

The working time schedule, in the case of 3/4 posts with 7h working time, is not possible to set due to the impossibility of setting working time to two decimal places.

There are quite a few small things like this - and I have reported all of them as recommended, while I have not received any feedback on this - whether it happens or not. It would make it easier for me to look for other solutions if this cannot be done systemically. So to sum up, it's a great tool, but I miss a bit of support. What I liked the most was the training conducted by the specialist, Liza. The training was very comfortable in an online format, and Liza, as a professional, was open to consultations. She provided great support and helped with every question that arose during the onboarding and system setup process.

What do you dislike about PeopleForce?

The only thing I don’t like is the integration with Work.ua. Resumes are extracted as plain text rather than in their original format, which sometimes leads to incorrect parsing and mixed-up information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful of Peopleforce HR system - is that it automates repettive task and saving a lot of time supporting daily HR operations. We use Peopleforce mainly for absence requests, forms, onboarding workflows, recruitment. The implementation process went smoothly and i was a great pleasure to work with PF team.
