What I like most about Procare is how easy it is to use and how supportive their team is. What do you like best about Procare Solutions?

I like that this is a very easy program to use and learn.

I like the fact teachers can communicate and send pictures throughout the day of my child and his activities.

I use the program alot for paying my account off which takes about 2 seconds.

What do you like best about Procare Solutions?

Procare has a chat feature which I use A LOT! All of their people have been very helpful and patient. I also like that I feel heard when giving feedback. There have been several items that have been updated in their system. Although, I realize others could be giving the same feedback...they do listen and try to make the system more user friendly and make changes as each facility makes known items which will help them to operate with more ease. What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?

The only down side I have felt is the lack of having one-on-one support when first starting out. At times, I struggle with technology a bit and during one of the training sessions I was the only person in attendance and was allowed to ask questions throughout...it made me realize this was exactly what I needed. What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are just beginning and are learning all of the guidelines required by the state for a daycare facility...it is overwhelming. Procare has helped to make this a lot easier and allows us to concentrate on the little people we serve, because the system keeps you very organized and gives our inspectors the information they need at a click of a button. What do you like best about Procare Solutions?

It is a great way to connect school with the families. We like that children can be individually tagged so you can group them in various ways such as messaging. We also like how parents can view their child's day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?

The system does have some quarks. It seems to be slower than other programs we have used. Sometimes the system is down and parents are unable to sign in or receive messages/updates throughout the day. We would like to be able to use a laptop (desktop) to be able to use for a sign in kiosk. Some things we can do on the iPads are not accessible on the desktop and vice versa. One thing that is not working right now is signing incident reports. There seems to be a glitch in the system when we submit for a parent to sign and it will not go through after the parent has signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Procare Solutions?

We use Procare Solutions on a daily basis to manage our facility and communicate with families. We love the simplicity of the product, making it easy for not only teachers, but for parents as well. The mobile app allows communication in real time, and the online payment options allow families regular access to their account which cuts down on interactions surrounding accounts allowing us to spend more time having positive interactions about their child's day. What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?

Truthfully, our biggest drawback at this time, is the lack of option to upload lesson plans in a useful way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

It cuts out the "middle man" of answering repetitive questions regarding payment amounts, charges on accounts, etc. Additionally, it allows the teachers to ask and receive answers from parents in real time. I wish there was a way to view children's pictures in an album instead of scrolling back through activities.

All important information about a child is quickly and easily accessed by teachers. Who is the child's pick up? Does the child have allergies? Who picked up the child today?
