What do you like best about Recurly?

1) product management - it is easy to manage and customize subscriptions

2) integrations: webhooks for all events, as well as out-of-the-box solutions for zendesk / tax services like avalara

3) gateway flexibility and ready-made support - recurly already has great support for many popular payment gateways

4) dunning management

5) support - for many questions you can receive response via a live chat, which is only possible when eevn first line is already skilled and well aware of product features which is quite rare Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recurly?

Webhooks are still transactions/adjustments centered. Mobile app subscription services like revenuecat give a lot of prominence to subscription status changes for events/webhooks: like in trial / regular / canceled / expired - to achieve similar data from curly you will still ber required some tinkering Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Recurly?

Recurly has potential to be a solid tools for online subscription businesses but it fails to deliver on many aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recurly?

The analytics part is truly pathetic and Recurly does not invest even a cent in developting this important part of billing tool. You can't get even the simplest data points out of their useless analytics. Also, many times the data is completely wrong. Customer support will ignore you for months on this topic.
