What do you like best about SuperAGI?

The automation capabilities are excellent — dynamic journeys, personalized campaigns, and strong multi-channel options (WhatsApp, email, web push, SMS) all work seamlessly. The interface is clean and intuitive once you get used to it, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuperAGI?

What do you like best about SuperAGI?

The prospecting is exceptional - large database, Ai takes care of it. Easy to add leads to your pipeline with a click. Customer and Company enrichment is excellent - better than anything I've seen or used personally - Superior to Hubspot and Pipedrive. Oh and didn't I mention that it's legitimately FREE for small businesses and comes with 2000 free AI credits per month with the Sales Module and 500 free credits for the marketing module. Relatively simple automations that are certainly robust. You can literally create 10 agents and automate all of your emailing. Marketers, Salespeople and worker agents. What do you dislike about SuperAGI?

My least favorite aspect is it's clumsy to manually move contacts around. And there isn't an intuitive way to automate it. Granted it's no different from having to fill in contact and company info in most CRMs, but considering the native AI aspect they should improve that. While the platform is powerful, it does have a learning curve, especially when configuring complex workflows or fine-tuning AI prompts for optimal performance. I would also like to see more detailed analytics dashboards built-in, instead of relying on external tools for deeper reporting. What do you like best about SuperAGI?

The team at SuperAGI is fantastic - particularly Gautham. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood the product and walked me through all of the features and functionality. Any problems I had were quickly resolved by their support team. Among other CRM tools on the market, SuperAGI is - by far - the most advanced in terms of AI capabilities. Priority Merchant Support.

Have native support for great number of shopify apps or services used majorly in Indian d2c Brands.
