"Proactive, reliable, and community-driven hiring support"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

I appreciate how responsive and collaborative the team is. They provide timely feedback, resolve issues quickly, and go above and beyond to ensure the hiring process is efficient. They also foster a sense of community, which makes working with them feel like a true partnership rather than a transactional service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If anything, having more visibility into candidate pipelines in real-time would make the experience even better, but overall, we’ve been extremely satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sagan Passport is a Great Hiring Partner"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The thing that I personally like the most about Sagan Passport is the model that they have - they have a monthly retainer model where you pay $1,000/month for them to find you 6 candidates or hires each year which essentially comes out to $2,000/candidate that they find you. What I personally like about this model as the business owner is that I don't have to worry about the recruiting company and the candidate colluding on the salary or wage since there isn't a financial motivation for Sagan to do so since their fee has no tie or connection to a successful placement. I also like that they are super communicative and that they give solid feedback on different roles within my organization that I've brainstormed on to investigate what a market budget for the specific position could look like, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

I don't personally have any bad things to say about Sagan Passport. They have done a really good job for me and my business when I've needed them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Yes (From a Recruiter)"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The team in place to help you organize everything before a search, interview people during the search, and even deal with the offer letter and logistics of hiring internationally are all 5-stars. I think I was in touch with 4-5 different Sagan members the whole time and they were all top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

The only thing I don't like about Sagan Passport is I wish they would've found me sooner and forced me to pull the trigger on making a hire, and then let me drag my feet for a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sagan passport crushes"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

I’d love the speed with which Sagan has gotten us team members and also the continued education has allowed our team members to develop into sharper and more effective professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

I’ve worked with many global talent companies. Sagan passport could improve in industry specific hiring protocols meaning finding people who have done the niche jobs that we request. This would allow us to have faster usage of our team members and less training. Of course, this is a Herculean task, and we understand that it is very difficult to find niche talent for our company! "Value Beyond Talent Acquisition"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

Sagan is actually a 'business accelerator' platform that provides resources and training for every level within an organization. 1. Talent acquisition, 2. CEO Training, 3. Customer service, 4. Constantly rolling out new features and benefits Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

The bonus Talent Pool listings can be a bit cumbersome to sort by skill set, but that's not a complaint. Nothing to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great talent without the overwhelm"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The quality of the candidates and the process, it's smooth and low-maintenance. You get relevant profiles without having to micromanage, and while it takes a little time, it’s worth it for the quality you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

It’d be helpful to get a quick rundown on why someone was chosen and how they line up with the role, just enough to make the introduction feel more collaborative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great, efficient and valuable solution"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The portal, usability, and team make the experience magnitudes better than what I've dealt w/ in the past Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

Not much, but I suppose if I had to come up with something it would be that the community engagement across the platform / Skool could be stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intended to hire one person... ended up hiring two."
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The hiring process is curated, each person we were introduced to and interviewed just made sense. It wasn't about finding someone qualified for the role, it was about finding the best fit from the candidates that were presented to us. The process was so efficient for our team that the most complex part of the hiring process was drafting up the contractor agreements at the end. Luckily Sagan also had a template for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

Frankly the worst thing about Sagan is that it was so easy to find great employees for my business that I ended up hiring more people than I set out to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best platform for hiring global talent - by far"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The best part about Sagan Passport is the quality of talent they surface and how streamlined the hiring process is. The candidates we’ve found through Sagan have consistently exceeded expectations in terms of professionalism, communication, and capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

There’s very little to dislike. If anything, I’d love to see more integrations with project management tools or a dashboard that gives a clearer at-a-glance view of contractor activity. For some specialized roles it can take a while to find candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sagan Passport - 10/10"
What do you like best about Sagan Passport?

The team is very responsive with Sagan and they are always looking for ways to provide as much value as they can in a very client focused way.

As a client, I feel that they really take time to understand what it is. I need and try to provide as much support and resources as possible, and frequently going above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sagan Passport?

The only thing I wish there was more of was advanced AI and automation resources, but to Sagan’s credit they have introduced a brand new curriculum that is covering that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
