What do you like best about Tremendous?

Tremendous has been an excellent solution for streamlining how we manage and distribute rewards. It’s made a huge difference for our internal workflow—our finance team no longer needs to spend time manually sending gift cards or handling individual payments. The platform is incredibly easy to implement, and even onboarding new staff takes all of ten minutes. The approval controls are particularly useful, allowing us to delegate setup to junior team members with confidence and oversight. Importantly, we have found this platform to be very digitally accessible. We’ve also been very impressed with Tremendous’ customer support; every interaction has been efficient and friendly, both from our side and from our participants who have reached out directly. The experience has been consistently smooth, and feedback from recipients has been overwhelmingly positive. While we haven’t yet integrated Tremendous into our website, the setup process looks straightforward. We use Tremendous monthly to reward our research participants and have been especially pleased with the wide selection of gift cards and payout options available in the U.S. It’s a well-designed, reliable platform that has simplified our operations and improved our participants’ experience. What do you dislike about Tremendous?

While Tremendous has been a great overall solution for managing and sending rewards, there are a few challenges worth noting. Some of our international participants have found it difficult to use the full balance of their gift cards in one place, and a few have mentioned frustration with the 12-month expiration period. Occasionally, recipients mistake the incentive email for spam or a scam because it comes from Tremendous rather than our company name, which has led to a few missed rewards. Additionally, exchange rates from USD to other currencies aren’t always favorable, which can slightly reduce the value of international payouts. What do you like best about Tremendous?

What I value most about Tremendous is how it combines ease of use, flexibility, and operational impact. It is a platform I can use regularly without it becoming complicated or monotonous, as its intuitive interface allows for managing rewards and payments in just a few steps, saving time and minimizing errors.

Another notable aspect is how easy it is to implement; adoption is quick and practically without obstacles, allowing teams from different areas to start generating value from day one. Additionally, customer support is agile, effective, and truly focused on user satisfaction, something I consider fundamental in tools that directly impact the end customer's experience.

I also highlight the variety of functions and the ease of integration with other platforms and workflows. What do you dislike about Tremendous?

What convinces me the least about Tremendous is that, although it is efficient, it still presents certain limitations in terms of advanced customization options for specific campaigns or workflows. This is especially noticeable when trying to adapt the user experience to different segments or regional strategies. Additionally, I think that real-time analytical visibility and the depth of reports could be improved by integrating more dynamic metrics that allow for quick data-driven decisions.

Nevertheless, I consider these aspects to be opportunities for improvement rather than weaknesses. Tremendous continues to excel in its solidity, simplicity, and reliability. I simply believe that if it incorporated an additional layer of analytical intelligence and greater flexibility in design, it could become an even more powerful tool for organizations that, like those I advise, seek to maximize efficiency without sacrificing personalization and human impact. What do you like best about Tremendous?

I’ve been using Tremendous as an incentive platform for some time now, and my overall experience has been very positive. The platform is incredibly fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate — it makes the process of sending out rewards to participants or clients smooth and efficient. One of the features I appreciate the most is the ability to customize reward emails so easily. It allows me to add our own branding, personalize messages, and create a more professional and engaging recipient experience without needing technical expertise.

The customer service team has also been excellent. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and consistently responsive. Any questions or small issues we’ve had were handled quickly and to our full satisfaction. It’s reassuring to know that if we ever need help, there’s a reliable support team behind the platform.

We’ve been using Tremendous.com to distribute gift card incentives for our research studies, and it has been an absolute game-changer.

Tremendous makes it incredibly easy to send digital gift cards to participants—quickly, securely, and in bulk. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and designed with both administrators and recipients in mind. What do you like best about Tremendous?

We’ve been using Tremendous for quite some time now to manage all our incentive payments for research respondents, and I can confidently say it has completely transformed how we handle this process. Before Tremendous, issuing payments was a time-consuming, manual, and often error-prone task. Now, everything is streamlined, professional, and incredibly efficient.

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing our team to send hundreds of payments in just a few clicks. We especially appreciate how quickly respondents receive their rewards — whether they choose PayPal, bank transfer, or digital gift cards, the delivery is instant and reliable. This has significantly improved our respondent satisfaction and reduced the number of payment-related inquiries to almost zero.

Another standout feature is the flexibility of payout options across multiple countries and currencies. As an international company, this is a huge advantage for us. Tremendous offers a wide selection of rewards, which makes it easy to cater to different preferences and regions without the hassle of managing multiple vendors.

"Effortless Global Gifting, Helpful Support—But Redemption Timelines Could Improve"
What do you like best about Tremendous?

I like the ease of use, when sending to a large population. You can create a campaign and template and upload a CSV file with the names and emails of the employees you are sending it to and they will auto populate vs manually creating each entry. I like that you can customize each campaign and make it look however you want. I like that you can also use the platform on a grander scale if you want to have other members have ability to create campaigns and issue gift cards you can do that too. I fortunately did not have the pleasure of setting it up on that level but the possibilities are endless. i work for an international company, and I had issues buying gift cards for our employees, in other countries, because places like Amazon, in other countries would not accept an international credit card. this was a great work around and allowed us to be able to send any where in the world nearly and be able to share the list of companies with the people who will be receiving the gifts, and let them chose where they wish to get it from. I also had an employee have issues redeeming the Paypal, but was due to the country and him not having a verified account. Tremendous team helped me to process a refund and I was able to create a new order for a different kind of card. They have been helpful. i did have an issue getting my payments approved, and I figured out I had to approve the transaction with AMEX, and then make transaction again and tehn teh Tremendous team checks the information to approve the payments and allow you to have an acocunt, to avoid fraud. What do you dislike about Tremendous?

The time frames for being able to address any issues with a purchase being unable to be redeemed. I was able to get it resolved but had to keep prompting a solution, their timeline is quite short, and cannot always be feasible if the end user doesn't cash it out right away before they notice the issue. There’s honestly nothing we dislike. Tremendous has been an outstanding partner in our CX strategy. If I could offer one recommendation, it would be to expand the selection of reward options within each region and include more opportunities for recipients to donate to causes they care about. Giving customers the ability to choose something meaningful, whether it’s a favorite retailer, local experience, or charity donation, would make the platform even more powerful. Tremendous was incredibly helpful for distributing rewards during our UI/UX testing, open beta app user interviews, and referral bonus programs. Implementation was simple, and template customization for each initiative was straightforward. One of the best features is the ability to offer a wide range of gift card options tailored to different countries, ensuring that users can receive relevant rewards based on their location. What do you like best about Tremendous?

1. I am absolutely thrilled to find out that Tremendous caters to almost all of the countries. Working in a remote environment, it is crucial to find an all-around platform that could reward colleagues located from all areas around the globe.

2. The variety of products and services being offered is way wider compared to the other universal gift cards out there.

3. The account platform is user-friendly and intuitive. It didn't take me ages to figure out the steps on how to get started; I personally like being able to edit the campaign details, create templates, customize content for the chosen recipients.

4. The customer service officer who reached out to me (Isaac) provided stellar resolution. He even gave me more than a couple viable options depending on my preferred outcome.

The only thing I noticed was the longer response time, or the amount of time or days it took for someone to respond to my inquiry. I believe it took 3 days until a customer service officer responded. What do you like best about Tremendous?

Tremendous is an amaaazzzinnggggggg reward platform ... it is very easy to use, its is also free to use! We use it for a handful of different things here at our company. We use it internally to incentivize employees with certain things, and externally we use it to bonus other companies and past employees when they send referrals to our company! From the get-go, the rep (Halle) was great at giving us a demo of the platform and answering any questions that we had. Once we were ready to get set up, it was super easy, and she followed up to make sure things were going great. Internally, we have been able integrate it with some of our other software to set up automations so we can get bonus sent out when certain triggers are hit.
