What do you like best about Upscope?

HelloScreen has enabled our CS team to get valuable insights into users' accounts, whether they are assisting via email or phone support. Since implementation, our user satisfaction has skyrocketed for phone support, and overall employee happiness improved with further tools to enable our CS team. I really wish that I had the ability to communicate with clients directly through the Upscope platform. It would make interactions so much more seamless and efficient. What do you like best about Upscope?

The option to share audio, draw and direct customers, the option to mute now and the clarity of sharing screens anywhere in the world! I will also say that the product is very reliable and easy to use - no training required at all actually. Plug and play! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are limitations such as when a user has ad blockers enabled this can cause some disruptions with the interactiosn but I understand that this is not entirely on UpScope Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
